I purchased several goods from this webstore, everythink were clear from order till shipping.Good service-fast delivery, a lot of promo codes for discounts.What else need?

I made 3 orders with cigabuy.com

1. Order from EU-Warehouse (best experience):
"Shipping" after 14h but it wasn't shipped at all. The parcel was announced to DHL but they didn't brought it to the post office in 4 days. So 4-5 days till they shipped it.
The items were okay.

2. Order from China (bad experience):
Sent out with "DHL Paket" from China, should have been without TAX but I got a letter from my post office to get the parcel from the customs.
Got there and the parcel was sent back to china.
The customer service didn't want to help even though they said there wont be tax.

3. Order from China (Scam):
This was the worst one. I paid with PayPal and the money was taken from my account, but on their page it still said "Pending". I contacted the customer support again, but they didnt read my message at all and just said I should pay my order. Next day I again contacted the customer service and they told me that the payment was "on hold" by PayPal. So I contacted PayPal and they said the order was done.
Since then the customer service always responds with "The payment is "on hold" please wait".

This was 1 week ago and I still dont have my payment back or the product got shipped.
I will let you now if something changes there.

Is a good site to buy but... Low prices, they no sell clones is all okey but when u have a problem pray to god cause they will answer you late and maybe they not give u feedback like in my case.

Cigabuy is definitely the best ordering site i have ever tried. Paying with PayPal is very easy, quick and safe. Ypu get warranty for your purchased goods too with free shipping. They also have a EU warehouse.

all products supplied with Authentic specified in the title is really authentic brands.. loving the great discounts they have to offer and also all their products.. never had any issues with them before and will continue to buy from them! love this website to the maxxx!!

had some clarifications and emailed them through the website and had a response in just 2 days! i’m happy that i can at least get some response from any supplier/seller. but if they can upgrade their response time within a day, these guys will be the top suppliers! :)

I prefer the company of "cigabuy", because it handles only authentic vapeo products and good prices, good messaging and the complete products arrive and I am sure that because I already made 3 purchases and will continue aciendo, no doubt is a company would.

I've ordered an e-cigarette of the brand Aspire.
After about one and a half week it showed up at European customs where it stayed for several weeks. At some point the package was supposedly delivered, though the package never showed up nor was there a failed delivery receipt to pick up the package at the local post office. Rather, the tracking options showed the package was returned to the sender.
Cigabuy remains saying the package is underway even though it still didn't arrive about 4 months later.
They don't want to give refunds if i can't give a failed delivery message. It's not possible to provide such a message since the postal service says to never have had the package to begin with.
I'm trying to get a refund which they won't give. They even mentioned it would have been delivered by now which it obviously hasn't.
This is the only time ever some webshop did not deliver a package that had been paid for.
Customer service is very unhelpful too as they put the responsibility for finding out where the package is at the customer (me). This even though the postal office says that only the vendor is able to place package retrieval orders!

I recommend never to order at this shop as it is neither trustworthy nor provides any support in retrieving either your money our the package.

I love this website , I'm using it for long time now and I recommended to my friends too.

I will continually use it if nothing changes to worse.

I have not had any problems, I have always "ordered" by DHLexpress, which is a little expensive, the product came at least always in 3-5 workdays, so far I was always satisfied and it is original goods, accordingly not always the price hit, but still recommend
