Ordered some cigars and paid extra for next day delivery. When they didn't arrived I called and was told the order has to be placed before 12 for next day delivery. I was pointed to the Terms and Conditions which says order has to be received before 12 for same day dispatch. This is not the same as next day delivery. If you want your cigars quickly go somewhere else

Great company to get your cigars I will use all the time good delivery and top quality condition cigars definitely my go too.

By far the best prices in Britain. The greed of other cigar shop owners seems to know no bounds. How people seem to like being ripped off by simply cigars and c gars ltd is indeed a wonder. Good show

Please Please send Cigars in a sealed Poly bag . Consistenly they are sent in a joffy bag and not hermetically sealed destroying any humidification requirements.

A simple change would make a big difference

Been ordering cigars for a fair few years periodically. Each time they have been of good quality. Arrive quicker than expected. Even when they are out of stock I get notified personally with an alternative recommendation

Extremely quick delivery for free, and the best price that I could find online for the cohiba 10 pack that I bought. You should really get the trust pilot widget and free email service so that the reviews come through as verified purchases.

First off I placed an order then stupidly checked reviews on the site after making a purchase and not before like normal. As you can see some reviews are not great so I kind of regretted placing my order for fear of damage or non delivery. I received a message from Royal Mail saying it had been delivered when it hadn’t I called the cigar club and Paul acted on this matter swiftly and within a couple of hours he managed to source the issue and my package was delivered that day. 1 - I highly recommend 2- the cigars were very well packaged including a humidifier to keep them fresh (never got one from Robert graham) and 3- awesome customer service.

I will only use the cigar shop for my supplies from here on out.

I ordered cigars which arrived promptly. Good price and quick delivery.

I received my pack of cigars in the post, but they have arrived squashed. The box is completely ruined and about 60% of the cigars are also squashed. I bought these to put in as a birthday gift but they arrived ruined and unpresentable!

I have emailed twice to express my disappointment but no response. Customer service is non existent. Wish I read other reviews before purchasing about poor quality. I suggest you AVOID!!

Ordered on 23rd November in time for xmas, after 3 weeks nothing, telephoned shop and was told they would be sent out that day a stock problem and I would receive email and items sent recorded delivery, still nothing, emailed shop 20th Dec, no reply, no cigars, please do not get scammed by this fake lying company, a job for trading standards to deal with now!

Wish I’d read some of the reviews on here before I ordered. Purchased cigars on 24 November as a Christmas present - still not arrived. Emailed and called to chase up, with no reply. Very disappointing.

Worst cigar seller I've used, made my first order with them and never received anything. Won't use again.

These guys will consistently sell you stock they don’t have. You will only find out when you call to ask where your order is. I’ve even paid £10 for next day delivery only to never see a cigar until I call up to ask. All I’m saying is why would you use them when there’s a load of other suppliers out there doing an honest job?

Ordered on Friday morning, delivered on Saturday morning. Exceeded expectations. Cannot fault. Probably the cheapest option for small, inexpensive orders as the shipping is included in the price.

I stared using this company because another Cigar company I had used in the past would not accept my card after a number of failed attempts I found this company and ordered my cigars I was shocked at how fast they arrived without even paying for special delivery they were quicker than Amazon. Ordered them in the night had them in the morning I don’t know if this is just a one off but I will find out next time I order, they also gave me two free travel cigar tubes for putting light cigars into when not finished smoking which was a nice bonus.

Customer service non existent, can't believe the five star reviews, still haven't received my order or any correspondence or response to emails I've sent, been robbed if my money, unacceptable in the current climate, avoid at all costs, glad I didn't spend anymore money, but must say a good scam, well done cigar club.

Paul was exceptional throughout from information to delivery. The cigars came well packed and fresh. Great service and will continue to build my stash through CC. Thanks Paul
