Strong range of products, quick turnaround, great customer service.
I have made 4-5 orders now with Cigar Club and every time their cigars have been great and their prices competitive.
Interestingly, on my first order, I had an issue with the wrong cigar being sent out in a sample pack - I feared the worse. However, when I called to complain the guy said he replaced the cigar with an equivalently good cigar as the stock had gone (it was the cigar of the year at the time). I explained I only bought the sample pack for that exact cigar and he apologised and sent me out the now in stock replacement cigar for free and a cutter. It was a great way to resolve the problem and as a result, I would happily recommend Cigar Club to anyone in the UK.

Great Customer Service
I ordered an Alex Bradley sampler. The cigars were a good selection but I was disappointed with the packaging they came in as I wanted to gift them. After emailing, Paul was soon to rectify the problem and I was very pleased with the outcome. A rare commodity these days. Thankyou Paul.
