Pros: European-made, contemporary designs, fast shipping, good customer service
Cons: PRICE (pricy for the quality and compared to other brands), lack of warranty (if you do not live in Portugal - the hassle)
I have been faithfully shopping on their website till last year (faithful customer of at least 2-3 years). I just did not shop at Cinco last year, I always looked into their website and instagram (liked some of the designs) but it never led to actual purchasing. For me, it is the price. I can't justify these prices over their quality. I have quite a collection from your brands and honestly, I am not sure how the prices can justify the quality of some of the items (especially after the massive price hike after revamping the website). It just feels like your brand is punishing loyal customers for being loyal now.

UPD: refresh is not needed as the plate on your jewellery doesn’t last! And I don’t want to waste more money and time on your stuff as it is not worth it!
Your reborn program doesn’t provide a fair prices and who needs your credit in your store after this disappointing experience? I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT!
After all I suggested to Cinco to take my bracelet back and send me a new bracelet (it costs £305 now so must be a better quality, ah?). And Cinco went silent. No more replies. Therefore my initial advice to avoid them still stands as a correct one. Find something nice instead, do not waste your money, time and nerves with Cinco.
UPD after the reply below from Cinco I did get in touch with their customer service (Claudia).
Their buy back program shows you how much they would like to pay for their own “jewellery”. Please compare to the prices on their site.
That’s what I was offered:
Gala - 59,5€. (£305 current price on their site)
Constantin thread - 37€ (£101)
Nina earrings - 58€ (£205)
Gina - 71€ (£87)
Total: 190€
Please also note they would like to pay you in euros, whilst on their site they charge you in pounds! Also you will take the toll of the courier cost! What a palaver!
These things are not worth the money!!!! I bought a bracelet, earrings and a necklace. The largest size of Gala bracelet is way too small for an average wrist! Do not buy! I always struggle to put it on. And all of the items lost the yellow gold appearance in just a couple of months! Very pricey for the rubbish! As soon as I learnt about warranty I got in touch with Cinco. Guess what they answer was: send it at your expense to us and we will put some extra varnish on it. What?! I bought earrings from COS a long ago that cost me £15 and they look as gold as only possible! I can even wear them in shower and they are still fine @£15! Your pieces, Cinco, are good for nothing! Faulty design and poor very poor varnish! Also no warranty, be aware. Shame on you Cinco.

I was gifted the Maria Clara bracelet which arrived with a mark (looks like the gold wasn't finished well) and was bent to fit inside a small box. Looks very different to the image online. I was originally told to clean it with a soft tissue or pay for the return myself if I want to exchange it for another one. After many emails back and forth they agreed to cover postage costs but by then I was very put off to bother dealing with this company any further. I decided to keep the bracelet as it was a gift but have not worn it once because it requires completely bending the metal to get it on. I took it out of the box recently and the bangle has tarnished. Terrible quality and the customer service isn't great. There are much better jewellery options out there at a similar pricing.

Absolutely disappointed in the customer service and the products. I need to return a pair of earrings that are way too heavy for one's ears and also one lock is faulty as not closing properly and I'm not getting any updates from them. I've sent the product back but it seems like the shipment back took a longer time than usual to get to them and now I'm worried I'm not gonna get a refund as they also have such a narrow return period. I've emailed several times for an update on the return shipment of my order and a to ask about my status of the refund but no reply. The first time and last time I'm going to order from them.

I ordered a bracelet but it is very small and have sent numerous emails to the customer service to ask to exchange the item for the bigger size. I have been trying for a number of days to contact Cinco but had no response as yet and very disappointed with the lack of support.

Terrible customer service. I had to exchange a pair of earrings, but the person who I was speaking with completely forgot to do the exchange she offered me.
I paid the delivery for the first order, then I had to pay (no one explain that to me) the courier to collect the product to be exchange which I never received. Therefore I had to recontact them and explain the problem, so I had to purchase again a new pair of earrings form the website but I had to pay again for the delivery! After all I paid 3 x deliveries for ONE pair of earrings. After all this trouble which took more than a month to be sorted I received the new pair of earrings full of scratches!! and the only thing the lady offered was to return them again!! (meaning paying delivery for the 4th time!) so I kept them as they are :(
Shame cos I love the design but the quality of the product and customer service need to be improved.
I am sorry but there is no need to offer me a refund now only because I posted a review on this website. I emailed you 8 times while I was dealing with this issue and your staff never offer me a refund so why now?

Prices recently gone completely crazy. Gala bracelet was 159€ (June 2023) now it’s 349€ (July 2023)… Elon necklace was 185€ and now 299€… And the list can continue… Products remain the same… Crazy!!
I made a purchase at Cinco and extremely satisfied with their products and my interaction with their customer service team. Claudia was super helpful and responsive on the chat. I highly recommend this brand for the modern jewelry pieces.
Unfortunately I trusted Ali Andrea and purchased a couple of items during Black Friday sales a few years ago. I work from home and these were supposed to be for special occasions only. Worn them 3-5 times as I can’t be bothered to CLEAN THEM ALL THE TIME. THEY TARNISH SO MUCH THAT ITS HARD TO BELIEVE:((
