Gorgeous pieces, I purchased a pair of silver Nina earrings and a two tone Mary Lou necklace. The design is modern and the structure strong with a fine detailed work. Also the packaging is cool. Li is very helpful and nice and so responsive with queries or requests. I highly recommend, I will wear the jewelry with great pleasure and will definitely come back for more.

First of all products are so beautiful, even they way they are being packaged - perfection.

Customer service(Liliana Moreira) - as i was leaving the country i needed to make sure i will receive the products in time so i contacted the customer service - they were so incredibly sweet and helpful and offered all the informations that i needed in order to make sure i receive the package in time and they even followed up afterwards to make sure that I know the products were delivered (not only the standard message)
Thank you for everything - I had the feeling of being in a nice shop with nice sales people rather than being on a website :)

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company and as I already saw on trustpilot I am not the only one.
It is a very long story (around 20 emails between me CINCO and more phone calls and emails with the delivery company) but in short they don't take responsibility if you don't get your package even if the package it's lost or not delivered, they pushed me around for a long time and with every email they make sure to say every time that I am at fault for not picking my package even if it was never deliver and even the delivery company apologized for losing the package they insist that it is my fault for not picking it up and that they will refund once they get the product back which of course they already know that won't happend because the package is lost but if they insist with that they are covered not to actually refund me, probably exactly how they will answer at this review🤣 I have proof of everything that I am saying for anyone who may be concerned.
I have lost the product and the money.
All I can advise everyone who is interested in this company please make sure you don't take for real everything that you see on youtube about this company those people are paid to say good things. Make your own search before and pray to not have to deal with their "one person" customer service who is also answering here on trustpilot as far as saw.
