Professional and friendly
Overall was good. Operater was very good in talking to me. Kept me informed about the process all the time.
The overall operation was in many ways "just what the doctor ordered", if you do not mind the pun.
Errors made, for example: incorrect part of the body structure INCORRECTLY marked!!
For example, Right Leg marked for attention when, in fact, it was the LEFT!!! UPS!!!!

The consultant I was seeing for my ankle issue wanted to do as little as possible to treat my 5 year torment!!!
He wasn't, and hadn't even bothered to study my MRI scan until I made him, he'd only read the side notes.
Once I finally got him to pull up my MRI scan, he took a moment or two to study it, realised that it was a more serious issue and referred me to a specialist.
His manor was extremely Blasé and unhelpful, and I would not want to be seen by him in any future appointments.

Simply the best..
It was my lucky day when I was referred to Highfield Hospital. I was treated with the utmost professionalism from my first appointment to being discharged. I was listened to, any fears allayed and all my questions answered. My consultant was absolutely first class and my op and recovery went like a dream. And the food is delicious! I would recommend Highfield to anyone. It really is wonderful..if only all hospitals were like this !

Excellent out patient service
I received excellent out patient service at the Priory, from initial contact through final treatment. I found the staff to be very welcoming and professional. I would thoroughly recommend the Priory for your health care.

I have said all this in my complaint against the consultant. He was totally disinterested in my condition, rude, arrogant dismissive, and he left me with a feeling I had been wasting his time, that lasted considerably less than 10minutes for 230pounds,he could not get me out of the door quick enough, and offered no solution to my dreadful condition, and of course, had I read all the scathing reviews on his website ,I would not have booked the appointment.
