Excellent service Quick and efficient
Can not thank the whole team at the Circle hospital enough

I have been attending the Ross Hall hospitals (Braehead & Crookston) since last December and the experience has been second to none. From calling to make an appointment to the clinicians it has made this difficult time more bearable to know that a quick phone call can sort any issues out. The consultants & nursing staff have been incredible and make you feel at total ease, I have had my first general anaesthetic there and came round and the staff were incredibly attentive.

Clean, tidy, efficient, polite, direct. On time.

Went for day surgery both Dr Ahmed and the nursing staff were super caring, friendly and efficient. Kept checking on me during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and ok. Felt very well looked after.

I would recommend Hendon Hospital only because of its convenient location.
I would not recommend the hospital because the reception care is unsatisfactory. I waited for approximately 15 minutes, including 10 minutes past my appointment time, in an empty waiting room with no communication or updates. This left me unsure whether I was even in the correct place.

When a member of staff eventually appeared, there was very little verbal communication. I was led into the examination room and told to get onto the bed. The interaction felt abrupt, impersonal and, frankly, borderline rude. As a patient, I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome rather than reassured or cared for. A simple greeting, an explanation for the delay, and basic courtesy would have made a significant difference.
There was even a poster welcoming NHS patients. The message to me was that we now have an income from NHS hospitals, and although we will still see you, we don't really need you. This is my perception given the poor reception experience.

I was seen early by my consultant, in fact as soon as I arrived at the clinic. I t was all very efficient and I was helped by the receptionist as I have a physical disability and was advised to rest in the reception area until I felt ready to return to my car. Everything went very smoothly and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about any of the service I received.

Fantastic experience at the hospital, all staff very professional, helpful and cheerful. Reduced all potential stress by giving clear explanations every step of the way.

Superb facility, from the moment I walked in i felt at ease the reception team where excellent made me feel relaxed and pointed out the free drinks and came to tell me there was a 15 minute delay, I seen the consultant mr reddy who was excellent at explaining my options after examining my knee

Great experience. I was able to book a next-day MRI scan and results back to my specialist within 72 hours. Excellent facilities at the hospital. Staff were very friendly and professional.

The whole experience from first appointment with Consultant, the hip replacement operation and subsequent follow-up appointments and telephone advice and assistance have been excellent
