Probably the worst unreliable courrier company with a lot of false "delivery attempts " messages before delivering the parcel. Or should I say throwing it on the ground by the door, and then not bothering if someone is at home to receive it.
my shipping was handed to this courier yesterday afternooon, a few km away from where I live, and today there is no sign of tracking on their website, and it's not out for delivery.
Parcel shows as delivered in the website, but there's no parcel to be found anywhere. The website is considerably worse than its competitors (even DPD !). The customer service is non-existent. Avoid.
If I can give a negative score I will give negative 100, this company is nkt to be trusted! For the 2nd time now, my package is not delivered but they confirmed that I even signed the delivery slip!!! The first package they left it outside my door which is very irresponsible!!!! If I will know that this company will handle my packages, i will immediately cancel my order.
