Great customer support.

Very great company, I have purchased the subscription and they help me on a problem in my installation on PC. They answers me very fast in my resolution for the problem. I really recommend their product. Very easy to use and give an awesome quality. Thanks again

Joey handled my issue promptly and professionally. This is what people should expect from customer service but many companies are lacking. I appreciate the effort put forth on a minor issue.

A decent product that, with reasonable documentation that one could easily find, could be excellent. Customer service has been consistently responsive and on task, helping me to continue using and learning to use the product.

I have tested 10 different photo duplication programmes and so far Cisdem is the software that really delivers the best results and also offers transparent price quotations. Support also responded to my enquiry about future updates and switching to new computers immediately on the same day. Other companies did not respond to the enquiry with poor results and were much more expensive.

Excellent SW + Quick support when replacing my old laptop with a new one. Keep going guys!

Their customer services is always so timely and helpful. Lots of patience and coaching on how to fix any problems. They stick with you until you have figured it out. They were willing to have me send them report logs, my compressed files to see if they could figure it out on their end and even created a new link for me to download to help fix my problem. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and friendliness. I have referred other friends to Cisdem and have always said what great customer service they have. I have had to switch computers a few times and needed my license released. They have done it within 24 hours if not quicker each time. Good customer service is hard to find these days and this is something that sets Cisdem apart! THANK YOU!

This works just fine using it with my MacBook for the last year to open or edit important documents. Its a very basic application, nothing revolutionary can be said about it. That said, when you need something to edit or handle PDF files, it’s got what you're looking for. This month, I just purchased a new Mac and forgot to unbind the serial number. eMailed Customer Service and Joey successfully reset my product key to use on the new Mac. Thanks!

I would give this a 0 Star if I could. I subscribed to Cisdem when my Mac deleted my screen recording that I needed to send to someone right after it was finished. Cisdem found the video, but did not recover the audio, leaving me unsatisfied. I immediately emailed them with my issue and they did not get back to me for nine hours after the problem, at nearly 10 PM, much after I needed the recording. I kindly stated that I did not need it any longer and due to my unsatisfactory service I wanted a refund, as promised on their website of a '30 day money back guarantee.' Apparently they did not like that because over the next month I emailed them a total of ten times requesting my refund as their website guarantees, with no replies. I gave them ample opportunity to make this right before reverting to a review. Unfortunate that a company lies directly to you in order to get your business. Unsatisfactory service, terrible customer service, liar company. DO NOT USE!

I bought appcrypt for my windows computer. After using it for two days, I realized it didn't work as advertised (keyword blocker wasn't as good as I expected). I tried to get a refund but after a few back and forth emails with their representative they ghosted me. If a company states that they have a 30 day money back guarantee, they should be willing to issue a refund no matter the issue. Only buy this product if you like to waste your money.

Updated and now it's trying to make me buy it again, I have a lifetime license and they have locked me out of it, they tell you to contact support to regain access to the purchased license but they never respond.

Avoid if you value your money.

Edit 1: Cisdem replied to this review with a bullshit excuse several months after the original post has been made. (Support never got back to me by the way, useless, save your money and avoid them).

Edit 2: Knowing that their excuses here haven't swayed me, they're now emailing me with "According to the email history from our side that we responded to you, is it possible that you haven't received the email?" Yes you replied... days after I spammed you, and then you never fixed the problem, and you left me hanging for months. Useless.

DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH.

I puchased this program in June 2024 to find "similar photographs" on my PC.
When duplicates found, you can automatically select lower resolution images for removal.
Unfortunately, this functionality is messed up. I discovered this app deletes many high resolution images instead of removing only the low resolution copies.
I also discovered some high resolution images have been removed without any other similar images being present anywhere on my PC.
I contacted the support and got my money back.
Now I have to restore the deleted images manualy.
I cannot trust this software with my precious memories.

I signed up for a video converter service and was put on automatic renewal (I don't recall doing this knowingly or not). The day I received the notice that they were renewing my subscription, I requested that it be cancelled and my fee be refunded to which it was denied to me. I think it is criminal that they would take my money when I obviously would not be using the service and clearly illustrates bad faith.

I wasted my time downloading it thinking that i can try it and see if its worth buying it, however not only it didnt do its job but also it wasnt letting me try it and must buy it before even using it, this is an unethical trick they use to make you buy it so you can recover the files you need first.

Rubbish. It wont activate. do not waste your money. I also tried the free version and that does nothing at all.

bought cisdem dvd burner last month full price forever worked fine then today it says please insert a disc there was a disc in the dvd drive so i replaced it same thing please insert a disc uninstalled it reinstalled now it says i have used up the quota and it has reverted back to free one rip off

bought the data recovery at $98 only to have all the files unable to download or open. Whats the point in me waiting for the files to download for 5 days (without closing my laptop) only to have all the files not able to download
