I have requested help regarding my software activation several times over the years. I purchased a lifetime license, and they often update the software. When I have had difficulty activiating the new software, the agents have resoponded quickly and competently to solve the issue.

License update: I had purchased ContactsMate software from Cisdem years ago for a laptop I no longer use. When I wanted to manage a new list of contacts and remembered ContactsMate, I found my license was outdated. I contacted customer service, and within 24 hours, had an updated license! I find ContactsMate to be more intuitive and effective than the builtin Contacts app. Thanks!

I emailed my request late in day. The team executed it late evening outside of normal business hours. Super helpful to get me back on track by blocking my social media addiction.

I tried many ai’s to be able to convert a table (not standard format) to excel including the excel tool and Cisdem’s PDF converter far outperformed all of them. Many looked good until I double checked their accuracy. This one was fab. A huge time saver worth every penny.

Amazing customer service and a very useful program. I've used this for years, and I appreciate that there is the option to pay a one time fee to purchase the software instead of a subscription like many others. I emailed about an issue I was having with my purchase code, and received a very prompt response and resolution.

Amazing service and this is the only app that actually works well on MacOS versus other similar ones. My family is tech savvy and no one found workouts for this app, it's perfect.

After testing various offline applications for file format conversion, particularly from PDF to EPUB, Cisderm’s application is by far the simplest and most effective. The customer service is responsive, friendly, and highly efficient.

Customer service agent responded to my email within a matter of minutes, explained why I was having the issue, and resolved the issue I was having right away.

I purchased Cisdem Duplicate Finder last year and needed to transfer the software licence to a new PC. Cisdem Support was second to none with a response and resolution within minutes.

Love it... it is easy to use and very effective.
Finds the duplicates and gets rid of them safely while giving you 100% control over the files that you want to delete.
