Evan was very, very help for my situation. He told me about credit scores and creditors that I did not know. Ge guided me to understand creditors scores as well. I felt very relief about my payment plan. But, not just that. I felt Evan is trustworthy and is, by good faith trying to help me out. Thank you Evan!!!

Great experience...Evan is the best I reach out to this company a few weeks ago cause of my cc debt I did enroll and started working with Evan who explained everything to me every step of the way and made sure I understood everything. But a few weeks later I decided that I was goin to take another route I didn't want to do the program anymore. I CALLED Evan up to let him know.Evan was still Great he didn't pressure me he was very understanding and told they will still be there if I ever wanted to come back . He unenrolled me with no penalties or fees and send me a confirmation. Thanks Citizens for not making things stressful for me and making everything hassle free. I definitely recommend his company.

What made my experience great was when Mr. Cousin made me comfortable in the process by giving me my information and allowing me to confirm it instead of asking for it. He spoke to me about the benefits of this program and how it would allow me to get back on track. The information provided was the icing on the cake. Way to go. I'm sold and I'm thankful.

I'm new to this site, but as they said, they reduced my consolidated loan and an additional debt, down to a cheaper payment. The process was smooth and easier than any I've had before. These people are so nice that at first I thought they weren't for real.

Yaaay! never expect that i can consolidate my debt easily with lower cost, and very reasonable monthly payment. Mr Hickey was been very knowledgeable to what he is doing, he’s a very nice guy and very helpful and concern to his clientele.
