Mirpur 1 branch & App is a joke
I had a great experience with their bank before. I suggested it to some of my colleagues and cousins, and they also came to this bank, and my company also shifted here to this bank.
The problem started when I visited their branch. Mirpur 1 branch.
The worst management ever. I had my father transfer some money into my account as an emergency fund. They paused it and harassed me a lot, though I showed them so many documents - they asked me what this money was for and what I would spend it on - and I had to show that document too. All of this was misleading information.
Also, I had two virtual cards - which I deactivated & deleted from the 'City Touch' App- and they refuse to let those go away and are still cutting money from my account as a debit card charge. When I called the helpline, they said I have to go to the branch and ask them to delete and deactivate those cards from their end. Otherwise, it will continue. What a joke.
