They are friendly and helpful they make you feel like your special there is alot of variety and the cloths are well made and last for long time. They are reasonably priced and I would recommend them to anyone

Let me just start by saying I love their products, It’s their on line & delivery services that have lost them stars as it has seriously changed over the last few months. There is zero information on their website on tracking where they once used to supply & their delivery service ignore messages to contact. Definitely makes me rethink purchasing.

Ordered two pair of jeans and I can’t believe how awful the quality is, they don’t even feel like real denim lmfao can get better quality jeans from Shein

Most of my previous experiences with City Chic have been excellent however the latest was rather disappointing and deceptive in terms of marketing. I’ve been a loyal customer of their clothing for years but when I tried purchasing and using their discount codes emailed to me they never work. When I asked their AI assistant I was told the codes only work that day. One day or a few hours only! How disappointing. I couldn’t see the time anywhere on the promotion email either. This needs to be made clearer as the promotions are not as great as marketing makes out. I’m sure City Chic is not the only company to use deceptive marketing but I am disappointed.

Kimberley at City Chic Marion Adelaide was my hero today. Semi formal last minute outfit needed and she was on it. After going to 2 others, can highly recommend Marion! 2 outfits and very happy. Thanks Kimberley.

They have misleading advertisements claiming additional 50% off sale items in cart, then state that the price is the final price.
Very confusing and misleading.

Sent my package to someone in Avon, Indiana when the order clearly had my correct address on it. Not impressed.

My wife shops online for +size outfits n underwear..I also like the look of there lingerie line sexy outfits.

Love the easy ordering service.
But is expensive and a little difficult to make a return.

Easy ordering. Fast delivery. Easy returns and your retail staff in your physical shops are the friendliest and most helpful I've come across.

I love that citychic has my size. Good quality and vibrant clothing. I only shop for clothing here. Delivery is quick and have never had any issues.

The ordering and delivery was good but unfortunately the shoes supplied as a size 13 are really only a size 12 and therefore not useable to me.

Delivery was prompt and the clothes a perfect fit and true to size….

Staff instore were awesome. Made it easy to go home and order online. Would’ve bought in store if they had the range of fancy dresses.
