Never again, Manchester Arndale Centre
Bought an mps player and it didn't work properly, took it back the neck day for a refund and they gave me a load of hassle and excuses why I couldn't have a refund, standing my ground I refused to leave the store eventually they gave in, but never again will I buy anything from them, especially anything that uses power, rip off.
