Great quality products.

I had to disassemble the entire manifold and apply thread tape to all components due to all the leaks. For $3k it is disappointing.

I had a particular hot water carpet extractor in mind, but thanks to honest information given to me by Lucas, I bought a comparably good unit that is also USA made for a one thousand dollar savings! Shipping was ultra fast and I'm very happy with the machine and other goodies. Thank you!

Had to spend $169.00 on a new section hose and sprayer because my unit was built with a weak plastic handle that fails over time. Could not order just the handle which is plastic. Next time I buy a spot cleaner I will get something with more rugged components.

Paid for an order that took over a month to deliver. Would appreciate pre-authorization and then actual charge once product has shipped. Would have also appreciated being updated about the order without having to follow-up myself. Delays can happen, but the lack of communication, combined with charging the full amount long before fulfillment, created a very frustrating customer experience.

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. In my experience, they do not stand behind their products or properly honor their warranty commitments. The equipment is expensive, yet reliability has been a significant issue.

When problems occur, customers are often directed to an “authorized service center,” only to later discover that the repair is allegedly not covered under warranty. This can leave customers paying out of pocket for parts and labor that should have been included.

Rather than working toward a resolution, the company appears more focused on finding reasons to deny coverage and avoid responsibility for repair costs. Overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

If you decide to purchase from this company, be prepared for the possibility that your equipment could fail within the warranty period — and that Clean Freak may not honor the warranty as expected.

The phone contact, was unable to contact, the web site was not user friendly, , and days after I made an order you tell me you discontinued the product.

We love the stream clean machine. We bought the upholstery cleaner but when we use it, steam doesn't come out, only cleaning liquid. Shipping was very expensive too.

Ordered 04/22/26. It is now 05/06/26. Package still not delivered? Charged $21 for shipping. Is that what this buys me? Had to set up text alerts for any update. Lots of notes on this delivery. Damaged? Waiting on reply from sender? Was in Carlisle, PA then went back to Tennesee?

Had a shipping error and was able to get connected and they resolved the issue in one business day or less. Excellent customer service and communication. Product was as described and in good condition when arrived.

all equipment was accounted for, nothing missing or damaged, no regrets on purchase, ease of use of equipment, makes my job faster and easier. the people I spoke to were very helpful. when deciding to buy. will purchase in future, really liked the service with no pressure, took my time and was guided in right direction. thank you.

I spent $1500 on the equipment to start my business and you would think everything would be packed better but it wasn’t, and the biggest disappointment was the unit came all super super dirty and dusty and greasy. If someone it’s spending that much money on something the least would be to make sure the product looks clean like the pictures and not like a unit that was up in the shelves for years
