I began searching for a Karcher cordless vacuum cleaner and came across the model I was looking for at a good price at Cleanstore! The vacuum cleaner was delivered in good time and used it on the day of arrival. Great product and wished I had purchased one years ago as it makes cleaning your car much easier!

I've recently found Cleanstore and used them to buy multiple tools and associated parts. I found them easy to contact on the phone, swift to respond via the on-line chat, extremely knowledgeable about the products, competitively priced and generally a friendly, very helpful team. I can't rate this company highly enough, in particular a chap called Richard Kushner. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Richard took the time to explain everything I needed to know about power washers and provided excellent advice that made my decision much easier. His expertise and approachable manner gave me complete confidence, and I truly appreciate the guidance he offered. I would highly recommend Richard and Cleanstore to anyone looking for clear, reliable, and professional advice regarding power washers.

Horrible customer service. They keep hanging up the phone when you try and refund anything you can hear they putting the phone down. And then charge you to return a product that they took weeks to send out pay for faster delivery and it comes weeks later.

We received a free gift with the Karcher we had ordered that unfortunately was damaged when we received it, so they replaced it immediately and it was received the next day (even though it was a gift and not part of the order) Would definitely recommend this company who gave excellent customer service. I have used them a number of times for tile cleaning products.
Good website and delivery service. On one occasion the delivery company failed to deliver (EVRI), this problem was rapidly resolved by the company, none of the usual haggling and prevarication. Much prefer them to Amazon.

I contacted cleanstore as I wanted to invest in a premium domestic power washer and they had the best prices. I was advised to choose a different model than I originally intended due to better warranty, and I ordered the Nilfisk Premium 200. It arrived the next day but the courier had handled the package badly meaning some parts had been damaged. Cleanstore offered to send out replacement parts the next day, and due to the weight of the machine, I was happy with that. It was only when I got to try the machine at the weekend did I realise how badly it had been damaged in transit. I contacted cleanstore customer services on the monday morning, received an apology within the hour and the machine was collected the next day. My replacement was.delivered the following Friday without question, and I am absolutely delighted with it. Thank you cleanstore team

I own my own cleaning company and often order from cleanstore, I find the products very competitively priced and delivery is usually very fast with DPD. Customer service have always been helpful if something has got damaged in transit or not turn up. Webpage is easy to navigate and plenty of choice. I would buy more from cleanstore if they sold oven mate, elbow grease products, pink stuff products and astonish products especially their mould and mildew remover as I find these the best for general cleaning ( I've tried them all)

Really good service and parcel arrived in good condition. Only reason for not fiving 5 stars is that the courier took four days to deliver it from their delivery depot - only after chasing with Cleanstore's helpful call-answerer was it delivered.

Rang with query whether AVA Facade Brush is suitable for patios and as I thought brush is too soft, and was suggested the Karcher PS30 would be ideal and fit the AVA pressure washer. Ordered and has already been despatched, Excellent customer service, will definitely buy from them again
