What an awful awful company
What an awful awful company. I typed in dbs into google and accidentally signed up for a basic dbs, and stupidly didn't realise I wasn't on the government website for only £29.50. What a mistake. It's a bot, took weeks, finally asked for my marriage certificate. And no, the route it took me didn't show the charges, up front. I complained. Got nowhere. Then it started taking £8. I didn't knowingly sign up to any subscription. So I've tried to cancel.

Never do your DBS through this company. They are just looting.
It’s way too expensive for no reason , for basic DBS they charged £77 ( which I consider is a broad daylight looting) and took more time. The worst part is after issuing the DBS they tried to charge £8 automatically without any prior intimation and the bank stopped that transaction as it was not authorized by me. I would never ever recommend this to anyone .

i was scammed into submitting an…
i was scammed into submitting an application TWICE, which may have been in part to my ignorance, which I am aware is no defence. However, the scams are very good and this resulted in my paying two invoices, for £57 and £45 respectively for a basic DBS check. When I attempted to question what was happening I received a BOT reply asking for the same information that had already been provided. This was not the answer to my questions. Would not recommend this site to anyone.

Great customer support response
We recently processed some DBS checks with Clear Check, all seamless and relatively quick.
We did however accidently check a box offering a service we didn't require. However, Charmaine responded the same day with copy paperwork. She also responded within a business day to correct and confirm the error had been rectified. Very good

The experience with the company was not great - Olivia was awesome helping me resolve the issue.
The experience with the company was not great - for close to 18 months, I have been paying for the enhanced ClearCheck. It turns out that, in all that time, I was never actually checked.
I have a big event coming up and spoke to Olivia, who was great. She walked me through everything. Put a rush on it and got the check through for me in time.
I will be clear - unlike ClearCheck. The 5 star review is for her and her alone. ClearCheck let me down severely. I wish Olivia well and hope ClearCheck contact me. I will wait in hope.
