They are scammers and they are robber

They are scammers and they are robbers don't trust them they will take your money and they will not deliver anything to you if you pay for enhance DBS they will send you basic one but they will take your money as enhance one I pay 78.50 and 8 pound for ID check and they sent me basic certificate

SCAM

Already posted a review. So after being charged:

£87 for DBS
£12 for account
£8 x2 for verification because they just say it failed and I need to do it again, says I don't have to pay but cherged me anyway

I also paid £15 for the fast track option, as it said results within 24hrs...

That was an entire week ago now, they asked me to change my last review and because I haven't nobody is processing my application even though I have paid for it. Absolute SCAM!!!!

Their excuse is "it's a seperate company that verifies" so how can you promise results in 24hrs with a fast track??

Useless

Goodness me, where to start, Firstly, you really have to dig around to find their pricing - I made the mistake of going through the process (as i needed a check urgently) and presuming i would be told the charge before payment - sadly, that didnt happen and i clicked 'pay' before realising i hadnt seen the price. Lo and behold, i checked my bank the next day to see £86.50 being deducted! The next day i got asked about whether i had used a previous name (i had already stated i hadnt on the application process) and saying my verification ID hadnt been uploaded (it had!). They suggested i used their preferred provider (surprise surprise which is an extra cost). And they also asked me for another £15 to fast track. Clearly, this is a company who's business model is to drag out the process and extract as much extra money out of you as possible. I messaged them to cancel and asked for a refund. To no surprise they have been completely awkward, going back and forth over a week before refunding me £25, then after being pushed, a further £25. Hours of wasted time and £36.50 lost. Please, please do not use this company - go on the gov website, its only £21.50.

They deducted £8 from my bank account…

They deducted £8 from my bank account again, I don't know what it's for. They're shameless. I don't want or need any services from this company. Please cancel now. I will request a refund from the bank for these fraudulent charges. I haven't received any service. If they don't cancel, I will complain on social media and expose them for their bad faith.

Quick full process. Great support

The full process, from submitting my application to receiving a DBS Certificate in paper at my home address, took 2 weeks. However, I could download a clear initial certificate online as a PDF 2 days after I submitted my application. Lisa has supported me throughout the process, tracking the delivery and sending me a scanned copy beforehand. Thanks, Lisa!

I haven’t received my csarficate and I emil them then Charmaine resolved my issue within a day , he understood my issue and told me that I will receive my copy by post , I’m very greatful 😁

Avoid this company at all costs complete scammers took payment from my 19 year old daughter and have not issued a refund or supplied us with the dbs check go direct to the government website for a dbs check in process off trying to recover money back from the bank

Please don't use this company they con you out of money

Applied for a basic DBS check and the price came up as £21.50 so I filled in my details and paid, only to find they charged me £86.50, not once but twice. Tried in vain to contact them, no chance of doing that, had to cancel my card and my bank is trying to get my money back, I haven't even had the product I paid for. Please don't use this company, they're conning people and making it impossible to sort it out. Go to the government site it's safe.
