I received a letter from this "health care", with a Master Card pasted on it. It says to call 888-3xx-xxxx (x=numbers I will not reveal), that a web and Ai search says is unknown. The letter says I MUST have "diabetes, COPD, chronic heart failure, or chronic kidney disease" to qualify for $ grocery and OTC benefits. Feels like a scam.
