I don't have anymore issues with ClickAsnap. I have given up on them being competent enough to fix their website like it was when I originally created my account. CS lied about what was done and gave... See more

A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. We care about our customers. Thank you, Martyn

Terrible! Do not sign up for this. If you sign up they will automatically charge you and then if you happen to forget about canceling and the next year when they charge you again, they will not refund your money even if you advise them 1 day after they charged your account. I have never had a company do that before, ever!

I caused issues while setting up my Shop. So I had to seek out help via email instead of faq’s. Back and forth emails like talking to a robot. I was forced to get pushy to actually work with a human. Emails were signed off by “Alice” giving me hope this was an actual person. But many times it was a robot script. Alice started to write like a person talking to me, then I was getting somewhere. Results, she said my shop was now deleted so I can start over again in about a week. I haven’t tried yet because it hasn’t been a week yet. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my Shop running smoothly. Thanks for Alice’s help.
I wasn’t sure about signing up for a membership but they offered a 30 day free trial. I signed up to give it a try for a month to see how it would work. They took my money the same day. Honestly, that felt like a scam.
Review made based on the commercials from your affiliate @Nigel Lavers about earning 0.25$ pr view of your photos with a free account.
But as seen in the reviews here on Trustpilot that's not the whole Truth.
Many here claim that they don't get what was promised and that it's not free to sign up an account.
No, you have to sign a premium account to get the high output which is a massive misleading information.
Could you please explain that?

Totally Scam.
They declined my payment for no reason, they are not responding on my tickets on Email, i made a case in the court because they steal the subscription cost

Signed up today after seeing an ad. Glad I scouted around a bit before actually paying for an account. No where could I find a means of deleting my account or, if I had signed up for a paid account, could I see any means of changing my subscription level. I also had a look at the app and it appears signing up for a paid account through the app is far more expensive than signing up via the website. Also, be warned, when you click the ‘take me to payment’ button it actually instantly tries to take payment from you. All in all, pretty garbage and i would avoid
I’ve tried this site/app, influenced by the many ads I’ve seen and they’re basically false. One of the first things you see while browsing on their homepage is the fact that you’ll get paid 0.40cents per view and all you have to do is simply sign up and start uploading. All good right? Well from the 9th of July they removed the possibility for free accounts to earn from uploads, saying that in order to earn per view, you need to subscribe to one of their plans. Nothing too shocking, even if in contrast with what’s reported in their ads. The cost of the most basic plan is not even that high (like 20$ per year), but the disturbing thing is the fact that even subscribing to the most expensive plan, you’ll only be able to earn 0.09 cents per views. So while in their ads, you’ll only need about 38 views to earn 15$, in reality you need at least 200.
Horrible. Do not give your money to this platform. Their pay-per-view claim is dishonest and so convoluted that you will never make a sizable about of money from them. They will however make money off of you if you pay their subscription cost. And it is impossible to cancel your subscription. As well, they and anyone viewing the platform have access to your photos and there’s no way to tell how many people ACTUALLY view and download or screenshot your photos. This company is a scam. They get away with what they’re doing by their lengthy and convoluted agreement you click on. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.

Update: Refund received and the account has been deleted.
I registered a while ago with the intention of upgrading at a later date. On 15th July I upgraded to Seller and paid £40 for the pleasure. Having watched the videos I uploaded 10 images that for some reason didn't appear. I rewatched the videos and couldn't see that I'd done anything wrong for them not to show. I deleted what I'd done and tried again with 1 image. Same thing! I also noticed that what I thought I'd deleted was showing. I could see the album name and how many photograpsh were in the album. No images, just text.
I messaged Support and received a response same day saying they'd deleted what I'd done and if I uploaded again it would be fixed. I logged on, nothing had been deleted, I uploaded, nothing worked. I replied to Support to let them know, no reply! I tried to open the shop link, it didn't work. I emailed Support, again no reply.
I am now at a loss as to what you are supposed to do when Support doesn't work, the site doesn't work, nor does the app. In addition to this you can't contact them through social media and any email addresses you find bounce.

Worst kind of companies that you want to try out. I have had numerous emails between us to try and resolve the issue that an upgrade wasn't done and only one month subscription should've been deducted. No they have deducted a whole year and cancelled my subscription. Please do not do business with them. It seems they are only in it to get your money.
No they didn't reach out to me again. Your response is only to win over the public's response. If you really cared about your company my star would not still be 1 right now. You are not interested in resolving the issue. You have my money and don't care about your customers.

Pro account holder since 2016. Holder of a small number of shares.
When casually asked on forum and the FB advice and discussion page by the site's founder throughout the years, I had granted permission for him to use my photos to promote the site for free. No contracts, no stipulations.
Since the ethos of the site was respect for the intellectual property of the users and no data collection or sale beyond what was legally required, I wanted to promote the site because I strongly agreed with those things. And, after a few years of seeing how the founder conducted himself and ran the site, I trusted that, should I say "permission revoked", they would be removed ASAP. (Legally, "with haste" is the standard in such things per US copyright law/rules/regulations should it come to lawyers.) And if I got a few more pennies in views at the same time? Win-win-win.
In February of this year, 2024, when users were notified of the firing of the site's founder, I revoked the permissions I had granted regarding use of my images because I was alarmed that the ethos would not remain the same.
After some back and forth, during which most of my images remained in use by the site, I issued a limited DMCA. To the site, not to the site's social media pages where my images were in use - because I am a shareholder and was still hoping for the best and didn't want them to get a strike from those companies.
They hired a lawyer to try to convince me that I had no right to revoke my permissions - that the few images they had removed from use were done in good faith and as good business practice.
After some back and forth between myself and the lawyer, my images are no longer in use by them ... to the best of my knowledge.
A site whose ethos is supposedly based on respect for the intellectual property rights of the user hired a lawyer to contest their continued use of my images after I had revoked my permission for them to do so.
As for the other part of that ethos regarding data collection on the users? Well, it turns out that "someone" had changed the terms and conditions back in July of 2023 so that they now collect data and can store and sell it for up to 6 years after you stop using the site. (At least if my reading of them is correct.)
I had received no notice of such a major change in the terms and conditions. And given that the data collection issue had been a part of nearly every interview the founder had given in the years since he started the site, I think such a change should have occasioned an e-mail to every single user and not just an on-site update or pop-up window which many would ignore - assuming that foundational part of the site's ethos would not be changed without a formal announcement everywhere that such a thing could be announced including a mass e-mail to all users.
I asked the founder directly if he had approved this change. He said he did not and that he should have been informed of it at the time but had not been.
If I could give them negative stars I would.

I had been in ClickASnap for 1 year now and my experience is awesome. The paid view is greater than the rest of social media even their free membership.
For me this is a great place to share my work as photographer. Thank you clickASnap for helping photographers for the content they created.
I even invited the rest of my photographers friend to check this great website!

ClickASnap's Customer Support is well beyond Normal and Customary! Their degree of attention to my needs and interests was higher/deeper than any customer support attention I have ever received. I have worked with Ash and Sarah over the past year, and I feel to this day that both were dedicated to helping me resolve my situation beyond all other cares and concerns. That is an amazing achievement in communicating a "Customer Service Is Our Brand" link with the customer. ClickASnap's customer support is out of the park!

Not an impressive site, and definitely not worth the $70 it costs to join. Customer services doesn’t reply to emails, no ability to get a refund, no option to cancel, no ‘Delete’ button so you can’t even delete your account. (Why is that?) Upload a photo and you won’t get any views let alone any money, site design is poor, slow and clearly the company have little to no knowledge of photography, photographers or what this sector needs. Total garbage.

Thanks for the money I earned. It is great experience. I will go forward.

I signed up for clickasnap a little over a year ago thinking it might be fun and possibly make some money. Over this time period I made $.09 (and that's not a typo). I just received an automatic renewal for $60 and TRIED to CANCEL, but they don't give you that option, they do not reply to email requests, the info to do so on their "site" is buried in their info, and the "instructions" to do so are garbage, in that the tabs they say to look for and click on, do not exist. You have to upgrade to downgrade... It's a BS experience, and I would never recommend anyone pay for this.

Terrible site that is basically a money grab for the owners of the site. They will renew your membership with no warning and without a single email to remind you that their weak site even exists

I was a Clickasnap user from the very start. The bad reviews etc. over the years were largely the result of some 'get rich quick' scheme that some little 'person' thought to have worked out how to make a quick dollar.
The reality was that there was money to be made, but the amount depended on the photo skills and the promotional skills of the user.
The site has come on in leaps and bounds, but in Feb 2024 there seems to have been an issue. The original designer of the site appears to have been displaced by other shareholders and the site to me has lost its way.
June 2024: Really don't bother .
Anything on Trustpilot is also a huge willy joke. Does anyone actually believe their crap?
