I don't have anymore issues with ClickAsnap. I have given up on them being competent enough to fix their website like it was when I originally created my account. CS lied about what was done and gave... See more

A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. We care about our customers. Thank you, Martyn

4 stars - an excellent project with a good idea and monetization. There were problems with registration and first payments. Now the community appreciates my photos and I get pleasure and income. The service itself is a bit crude; the team has a lot to work on in terms of interface and performance. But overall I recommend it.

Hi, good day to all!
I am still a new subscriber to ClickASnap and so far, my experience is very good.
I like the idea of sharing wonderful works and thoughts between photographers and artists of different levels of expertise, backgrounds and profiles.
I can feel the warm welcome, respect and support of the other members here and some are even giving guide or tips on how to make my work better, which I personally appreciate.
Regarding the technical support team, they are responsive, polite and quick to take actions.
As I have mentioned, I am still new to the group but so far, I have very good experience.
I hope for the best to come to me and to everyone in this group and that ClickASnap may get better and stronger each coming day.

I found the advert on social media a while back and became curious about how it works. The website is very easy to use, and while it might seem strange to pay for a subscription to get paid back, the cost is quite low compared to how much you can earn if your photos are of good quality (posting a blurry pic of your cat in your house won't earn you much, so don't complain). Customer service is helpful and provides clear explanations on how to resolve any issues you may encounter. I’ve always received my payments on PayPal on time without any delays, so I believe this is one of the best websites for monetization out there.

I am out $160. Tried this platform for a number of months and racked up just a few dollars in revenue, which I could not receive because it didn't meet the minimum for payout.
I followed the optimization instructions closely and tagged my photos properly, including lengthy descriptions for each. It takes a while to write all that content!
A reminder a week or so prior to the automatic deduction for the annual renewal would be helpful as it is quite a shock to have that amount deducted from your bank account unexpectedly.
They do not provide refunds for this.
Horrible way to do business.

When I first signed up to CAS, I am embarrassed to admit, but I misunderstood the paid per view amount but that didn't stop me from building a portfolio. In the past year, I've been able to add a new lens with my view payout and sold a few prints. For me, this is a success that I've dreamt of since I was a teenager. I love the community and have met lifelong connections. I enjoy learning about new techniques and editing styles and our Click a Snap community offers both! There are features similiar to other photo sites, but they don't pay you for views, that is just one thing that sets CAS apart from the rest; community is first. It's grown into an art and photography site/community and I like it; as I see myself as more of an artist than photographer, and love that CAS platform, welcomes both. I love the convenience of the app new app. It helps me out a lot, and so convenient, I enjoyed being a beta tester. There is also a facebook group for CAS users that helps with the site updates, concerns and info. Have had great customer experience, timely payments and such with questions too. I've watched the CAS team grow, they are also CAS users so I trust their work behind the scenes since it benefits them too! I give 4 stars overall because there is no 4.5!

I had purchase pro membership in my 3 accounts in total. Everytime I made the payment request, they banned my id. When I contact with them, they said that the action was mistake. But they ceased my membership and also not refunded my money. They are doing scam and behave like they are not doing anything. Here I don't mention my account details and they are replying that I had violated their rules and I am no longer interested. How funny scammer.

I am new to the ClickASnap community and there are some things I like about the site, but it could be so much more. I like that the concept is very different in terms of most photo sites but from what I see the site has very little incentive to award quality. Yes, a quality photo might get more views but since those payouts are so minimal it is not enough incentive. Because there is no favoring of superior images the feed “Explore” even though broken into categories is a photo feed of many poor to marginal images that must be combed through to find the good ones. It seems to reward quantity of posted images rather than quality. I think there needs to be some algorithm to separate out the quality images that are well received. This would make ClickASnap a more interesting site to look at while giving positive feedback to the worthy images.

Terrible! Do not sign up for this. If you sign up they will automatically charge you and then if you happen to forget about canceling and the next year when they charge you again, they will not refund your money even if you advise them 1 day after they charged your account. I have never had a company do that before, ever!

I caused issues while setting up my Shop. So I had to seek out help via email instead of faq’s. Back and forth emails like talking to a robot. I was forced to get pushy to actually work with a human. Emails were signed off by “Alice” giving me hope this was an actual person. But many times it was a robot script. Alice started to write like a person talking to me, then I was getting somewhere. Results, she said my shop was now deleted so I can start over again in about a week. I haven’t tried yet because it hasn’t been a week yet. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my Shop running smoothly. Thanks for Alice’s help.
I wasn’t sure about signing up for a membership but they offered a 30 day free trial. I signed up to give it a try for a month to see how it would work. They took my money the same day. Honestly, that felt like a scam.
Review made based on the commercials from your affiliate @Nigel Lavers about earning 0.25$ pr view of your photos with a free account.
But as seen in the reviews here on Trustpilot that's not the whole Truth.
Many here claim that they don't get what was promised and that it's not free to sign up an account.
No, you have to sign a premium account to get the high output which is a massive misleading information.
Could you please explain that?

Totally Scam.
They declined my payment for no reason, they are not responding on my tickets on Email, i made a case in the court because they steal the subscription cost

Signed up today after seeing an ad. Glad I scouted around a bit before actually paying for an account. No where could I find a means of deleting my account or, if I had signed up for a paid account, could I see any means of changing my subscription level. I also had a look at the app and it appears signing up for a paid account through the app is far more expensive than signing up via the website. Also, be warned, when you click the ‘take me to payment’ button it actually instantly tries to take payment from you. All in all, pretty garbage and i would avoid
I’ve tried this site/app, influenced by the many ads I’ve seen and they’re basically false. One of the first things you see while browsing on their homepage is the fact that you’ll get paid 0.40cents per view and all you have to do is simply sign up and start uploading. All good right? Well from the 9th of July they removed the possibility for free accounts to earn from uploads, saying that in order to earn per view, you need to subscribe to one of their plans. Nothing too shocking, even if in contrast with what’s reported in their ads. The cost of the most basic plan is not even that high (like 20$ per year), but the disturbing thing is the fact that even subscribing to the most expensive plan, you’ll only be able to earn 0.09 cents per views. So while in their ads, you’ll only need about 38 views to earn 15$, in reality you need at least 200.
