I just signed up a few minutes ago. The sign-in process was very easy. I thought that with the free account I could upload two photos. Evidently I have to wait a week to upload another one.

A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. I don't have anymore issues with…

I don't have anymore issues with ClickAsnap. I have given up on them being competent enough to fix their website like it was when I originally created my account. CS lied about what was done and gave mer time consuming advice on how to fix the problem when the problem is whomever does their website. It was all about putting my photos into my folders.

Unless you pay for the upgraded account you cannot set a price or earn anything from your uploads as well as only being allowed 1 or 2 uploads a week
