A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. I signed up for this site a few years ago. Honestly forgot all about it for personal issues that were happening in my life. They charged the recurring charge every year for several years, though I never used it. I caught the recurring charge from this company the day they charged it on December 10th 2025 and immediately requested a refund that same day. I cancelled the recurring charge. I explained to the company that I never used the service and did not have access. Their response? Oh well, you knew our terms, and sent a denial of the refund and a login to a service I will never use at this point. I feel this is incredibly tasteless business. Whether they are a good program to use I can't speak to, but their business practice is greedy and in poor taste, but none the less they got their money and that is what it is all about, right? Many of these subscriptions are scams and the companies make a lot of money this way. Be aware and make sure your life does not go sideways because you will lose money from uncaring and greedy companies. They have no reason to not send a refund and cancel my access. I've had good experiences with other subscriptions that will and have refunded due to not using their service and calling in a timely manner, but not this company. **update 4-22-26 - this company did actually reach out and give me a refund, which I appreciate. However it was only after multiple requests for said refund on the day it was charged…well within the claimed 14 day window to request a refund. I would not have received a refund had I not placed a negative review on Trust Pilot. I can’t place a review on their actual product, just their business integrity. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because they did eventually state they would be issuing a refund, but it was not done when I went directly through them.

I just signed up a few minutes ago. The sign-in process was very easy. I thought that with the free account I could upload two photos. Evidently I have to wait a week to upload another one.

The app only upload 1 pic for free weekly and can’t upload second pic for a week.
Or you have a hefty uk fees for unlimited. Social media is so deceiving and I tried to use this app. Useless.

No doubt company is great,but some processes should be better and easy like tags and title options
Because we are unable to upload any photos without unwanted tags,and no option to post and it's can bore to any person
