Bought a wheel cover off eBay. The wrong item was delivered they very happily and speedily refunded me for the purchase and offered me a 10% discount on my next order.

Ordered a wheel cover and it was dispatched very quickly and communications with company was excellent. The only issue I have is the carrier they use (yodel) they had it in their possession for nearly a week before being delivered. But that's not the company's fault.

Ordered replacement carbon bushes for my old B&D chainsaw from their eBay shop. The price was reasonable and they arrived quickly - What's not to like! Would happily recommend and use services again. Thanks!

I ordered a silver rear wheel cover for my discovery 2 after searching for a replacement for some time. The cover was of good quality and perfect fit. I received the cover very quickly although the packaging was damaged by the courier. Click superstore offered to replace but luckily there was no damage to the cover. Communication was excellent and I would certainly use this company again.

I ordered brushes for my poor over worked drill,they arrived quickly and were a perfect fit.So very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

I wrote a bad review about my order, but it was neither about the company or the item,the item did not arrive but it was not the company's failure it was the courier yodel they said they had it at first them they said that they dident have it when I rang them they are the worst couriers out I have had trouble with them before with not delivering things when I got on to click superstore they have offered me my money back and sent another item out for free, they were very helpful from start to finish

The part arrived on time. Unfortunately it didn't fit and when I notified them, they were very quick to try and rectify the situation. In the end they had to give me a refund but I cannot fault them for their excellent level of customer service.
