Came across the company through google search looking for items for my baby budgie. Great variety of products to choose from too. I ordered a selection of items and within 2 working days had received them. Very happy with the overall purchase and I have a very happy budgie too. Would definitely recommend and would purchase from them again.

News of the demise of their favourite dentibits, did not go down very well with our gang of fur!!!! So they owe a massive debt of gratitude to Clipsley, who tracked down enough dentibits to keep everyone happy for some time to come. Brilliant service, and they kept me up to date when one item in my order wasn't in stock. Just a shame about the cost of the p&p to the Isle of Man.

Great shop phoned me the next day to tell me one of the items I ordered was not available but offered a more than suitable replacement option. Delivery was quick and even received a hand written message I would definitely order again

I was contacted by .phone because the goods ordered had run out. I was given the delivery date to Clipsley and subsequently I was emailed the delivery date to me. All very efficient and professionally done. Goods arrived well packed (with some free samples of their dog food).

I tried almost everywhere to buy my Mynah bird food and knowbody had any in stock, I did a web search and Clipsy came up, low and behold they had exactly what I wanted, but not only that delivery was vry quick, thank you clipsy

Whenever I need any supplies for my Budgies, I always look at Clipsley Pet Shop online to see if they can supply what I need. If an item I have ordered is not available they will phone me to offer an alternative etc., You cannot ask for better customer service than that. It really is a pleasure to order from them and I will continue to do so.
