I saw this company at a local dog show and was given some free samples for my dog to try. I had been struggling to find a food that was appealing to him as he kept going off his food after a while and leaving it. Even the most expensive foods that the vet had recommended. Most foods also did not seem to agree with his stomach. I also wanted a food that would improve the condition of his coat.

Paul offered advice and gave me examples of other clients who had been through the same problems as me and who now had converted to this particular brand of food.

We tried the food which was eaten in one go and same again the next morning. I immediately called to place an order and I have been ordering from this store for the past 3/4 months. My dog is still happily eating the food and within a couple weeks I could see a difference in him. He now looks fit and healthy and his coat has the shine it was lacking previously and he does not seem to shed as much.

I place my orders online now and get free next day delivery which is ideal for me. I also get a text from the driver to let me know when he is coming.I incidentally ordered the wrong food once and the store recognised I had made a mistake as it was not my usual order. The store corrected my order and rang to let me know. I think this is great service as otherwise I would have had to go through the process of sending it back etc.

Overall I would recommend this supplier to anyone. I'm now a loyal customer due to good advice, the product does as promised and is good value for money. Again I cannot fault the service.

I always cut it very close when re-ordering my dogs food, sometimes with just two meals left. I ordered some hand feeding formula from this site. Was very worried about it being here in time but really nothing to worry about as it was delivered without fail the next day. There is a full range of all kinds of food required by your pet.
Very helpful staff if you phone up.
Delivery driver even put the parcel in the boot of my car as it was heavy.
They also text exactly what timethe delivery will be and you receive an email confirmation prior to that. I chose my workplace which was no problem.

I use Clipsley to buy all my Sera fish products as they are the cheapest I have found on the web, but also for the service they provide which is very good.
The items all come within a day of ordering and are well packaged and correct.
In short I have no hesitation recommending Clipsley to anyone as I have had no issues with the orders I have placed within the last year.

I ordered a 2 foot Galleon for my aquarium and it arrived the next day (free delivery) and was expertly packed with a note to remind me how fragile it is. Fantastic ornament at an excellent price.....I will use this company again without hesitation.....well done Clipsley :)

We order our dog food on a monthly basis and the service is fantastic.

The food is competitively priced with free delivery on our order (over £50) thus saving us the hassle of a trip to our old supplier 15 miles away.

Delivery is usually within 3 working days of our order, is on the date advised by text and email and the food is well packed.

Can't fault the service - I highly recommend them
