I installed this brand in my country Kosovo is the worst stuff I see my life
Even people are selling doesn’t have a clue
No service man nothing. When you good manufacture when you give to distribution they should make sure they have a service people. I am licensed plumber in New York City and heating company I own
When I see the unit been installed with nothing safety I will never recommended this brand

Doesn't even try

I contacted customer service using their lousy online form as I had a defective Clivet product, gave all the information (serial no. etc.), never received a reply.
