Excellent customer service support regarding warranty
Unfortunate manufacturer defect of straightening iron, had to contact customer service as the product was still under warranty. Customer service very kind, fast and efficient in replacing product within 3 days of making contact.

Great customer service
Great customer service, the product wasn't right for my hair so I had to return it. I got a refund but not full. They keep 10€ I think for management costs.
