Waste of time. Approved then cancelled
Made to provide all information, jump through all hoops, and even have a zoom interview. Got approved and took my money, only to then decide they couldn't deliver to my area and cancelled me without discussion about alternatives.

Excellent communication
E mail communication was excellent and really helpful in assisting me through the application process which I found to be rather difficult. I misunderstood the photo part to start with but got there in the end.

Stopped delivering to Guernsey with no warning or notification all mute ensuring a gap in my treatment. Still send me reminders to order a new pen though.
