I received my medication and it was…
I received my medication and it was warm it was supposed to be temperature controlled, so I refused it an sent it back, many e mails back and forward and cloud pharmacy now have my medication and my money and are telling me to follow it up with the delivery service. Not happy

As per our terms and conditions, all returns must be authorised in advance. Unfortunately, where items are returned without prior authorisation, we are unable to guarantee eligibility for a refund.
In this instance, the medication was refused with the courier and returned without prior approval, meaning it did not follow our standard returns process. As a result, we were unable to carry out our usual checksof delivery in line with our handling procedures.
Our packaging is rigorously tested for a range of environmental and transit conditions. Whilst the outer packaging may feel warm on arrival, this does not indicate that the medication itself has been compromised. The packaging is specifically designed to regulate temperature and protect the medication during transit.
A warm exterior does not equate to warm medication, rather, it indicates that the packaging is functioning as intended to maintain the required temperature conditions within the sealed box. This internal temperature cannot be assessed without opening the temperature controlled packaging and medication box.
Upon receipt at the pharmacy, the returned medication was inspected in accordance with our quality procedures and was found to be within acceptable condition and confirmed as viable for use.
We appreciate your frustration, however, we can confirm that our team has handled this in line with our procedures and regulatory requirements.
