Prompt shipping, even arrived ahead of schedule with DHL in the states. Import dues are new due to the current administration, but not the fault of Clove. About 100 bucks per phone on top of what the phone costs, so keep that in mind.

Can’t give this place 1 start as customer service response has been good. However, I ordered a new motherboard which arrived unsealed and missing mounting screws. I had already dismantled my PC before realising and ended up using my previous boards screws to mount - no big deal. I then realised after mounting my CPU & cooler using the last of my paste that the pins on the audio port were bent making me think this was a return.

I contacted them and we agreed that a partial refund would be appropriate given I’d fixed the pins, and I also requested a set of screws to also be sent. This was agreeable until a few days later they advised I need to return the full board for a refund which puts me out a PC for a few days, as well as the hassle of taking apart, cleaning, ordering more paste etc.

They advised this is a 3rd party that supplied the board so beware if purchasing items as looking at other reviews this isn’t the first time. Next time I’ll spend the extra 2% and buy from Scan

Second order from clove in the last year, this time for an xcover7 for my dad. Comunications have improved 200% from clove. Delivery was never in doubt.
Arived within a few days of placing the order, which was placed on a sat out of hours.
Price for phone was still cheaper than anywhere else, and unlike amazon was a genuine uk spec model.

Looking for a Moto g55 phone.Saw an advert on the web for Clove Technology. They had the phone in stock and the price was competitive so I thought I would give them a try. Dispatch was very quick and the phone arrived the next day.All appeared ok and set up was easy.
So far I am very pleased with the purchase and would use the firm again

Item had no protection from the packaging. The product box was damaged and without the manufacturer seal on it

I've always said that you shouldn't judge a company by thier success but how well they handle failure. I received an item that ended up not being fit for purpose. I contacted them and they handled it perfectly, promptly sending out a replacement item.

Great service. Very good price compared to other sites.

Received pixel watch everything was fine until battery failed sent back for replacement they never had any pristine left so fobbed me off with a very good condition. This very good condition has a deep scratch on the face and they are refusing to help.

Great price quick delivery

Went out of their way to come up with an answer to problem I had with a samsung tablet, replacing it with a newer model even though they didnt supply the original, and bill was about half the price of buying new from Samasung

Original order was cancelled because their website was not up to date on stock they had, I then had to order a more expensive phone and I paid 100 dollars for the top shipping, phone wasn't shipped for a week and has still not arrived! Have always had good experiences in the past but think this will be my last time using, waste of time and money

It is the fastest and most pleasant experience I have had.

I won't dock points for the hefty duties in current climate, though it would have been nice to at least have an estimate before purchasing. I was willing to pay a premium because it's so hard to find anyone who'll ship Fairphones to Canada.

But the availability of Fairphone replacement parts is pretty lousy, and missing the most important ones. To top it off, Clove won't ship the batteries to me at all, even though they shipped the phones with batteries in them. Where's the logic in that?

So now I'm left still looking for a supplier that can handle my future self-support needs.

Very happy with the service

Supplied me with a faulty phone. Specifically damaged screen. Refused to provide temporary replacement. Asked to return the device. I have already put in it my authentication codes and disposed of the old faulty phone before noticing the fault. Sending the phone back would leave me with no access to majority of my accounts.
