Professional Staff, Great Service
Wow! The family and I had a blast. I rented a 4 door UTV Razor. The Razor was an updated model and clean. When I arrived at Club Canary this morning, the UTV, paperwork and maps was waiting on me and ready to go. I spoke with Maria on the phone a couple times before meeting in person. I can say every interaction I had was pleasant. It's unfortunate the company has had a few low ratings. I can't imagine anyone having problems with this Rental Company.

Wonderful and responsive customer service
I booked a lot of trips and excursions through their website during my time in Tenerife and was very satisfied by the services they offered. Everything was easy to book and they were very responsive and answered all my questions. I'll be coming back soon and would definitely book trips through their website again.

Great Experience
My family and I booked numerous trips through club canary including a buggy ride, stargazing trip, renting a private catamaran and visiting La Palma. All the trips were pretty great and to be honest it saved us money and time both. Everything was prepared for us in advance and the staff was also really cooperative throughout our Trip. Highly recommend!

Star gazing experience
I proposed to my girlfriend during the star gazing night experience.
The atmosphere at the teide and the views of the sky and la Gomera, the fresh tapas menu and the explanation of the guide Ben were all amazing.
Also special thanks to Dora, who put a lot of effort in making a unique experience for my proposal.

Great costumer service
We were worried we wouldn't be able to book the jetski safari with only one day in advance but the staff replied immediately to our questions via WhatsApp and within a few minutes our experience was booked. It's our 2nd experience with club canary and we definitely recommend it.

Travelling to Tenerife with friends
My friends and I were travelling to Tenerife for the first time and we wanted to enjoy our trip to the fullest and we booked 2 tours through Club canary. It was an amazing experience and we enjoyed both of our tours. We went on a jet ski trip and a private boat trip
everything was well-managed and we had a great time.

Booking trips through club canary was amazing
Booking trips through club canary was definitely worth it. Not only the customer service was amazing but all the trips were managed perfectly. I went buggy riding and visited the Siam park with a couple of friends and it was an adventurous and fun experience.Highly recommended.

We did a kajak tour for snorkeling and dolphin watching at Los Christianos.
Very poor organisation.
Firyt they didn't know, whether they have free kajaks at our preferred time.
Then the tour started late and we came back 1,5 hours later than scheulded. We were freezing but could not go immideatly to the office to change clothes. We had to wait till all kajaks were stored.
Very poor.

Our company organises more than 100 activities, so delays sometimes can happen and unfortunately it was with the excursion you booked.
We apologise in the name of Atlantis Kayak, our partner that is one of the best in the island that provides snorkeling/kayak trips.
For what concerns the weather, it is unpredictable and even if October it’s still warm it cannot be as summer months.
However we are sure that you still had a chance to spot some dolphins and to swim with some turtles and that at least, you enjoyed the excursion itself.
We will be very happy to have you again here in Tenerife so that you can reconsider us and our services.
