Ordered two armchairs and a sofa from Club Furniture. For the past three weeks I’ve been chasing them because they “don’t have the sofa” and can’t give me an ETA — leaving me potentially stuck with two armchairs I don’t want on their own.
I’ve called at least five times. Every single time I’m told they’ll “look into it,” contact manufacturing, and call me back. They never do.
Three weeks later, I’m still being told the exact same thing.
At this point, the only predictable part of the experience is the lack of follow-up.
I’m sure this will get the usual response about how sorry they are and how they strive for excellent service — but what would actually help is a real update and someone taking ownership of the issue.
Just wait and see the pointless reply below — no action, just words.
