Ordered two armchairs and a sofa from…

Ordered two armchairs and a sofa from Club Furniture. For the past three weeks I’ve been chasing them because they “don’t have the sofa” and can’t give me an ETA — leaving me potentially stuck with two armchairs I don’t want on their own.

I’ve called at least five times. Every single time I’m told they’ll “look into it,” contact manufacturing, and call me back. They never do.

Three weeks later, I’m still being told the exact same thing.

At this point, the only predictable part of the experience is the lack of follow-up.

I’m sure this will get the usual response about how sorry they are and how they strive for excellent service — but what would actually help is a real update and someone taking ownership of the issue.

Just wait and see the pointless reply below — no action, just words.

Too long!!!!

It’s been 14 weeks since I ordered two chairs. I still do not have them. I would definitely steer clear of this company.

I chose them due to their leather color…

I chose them due to their leather color match and great design for an ottoman.
I was happy with those two aspects but not on the manufacturing as far as severe wrinkles on top of the ottoman.
I have had other leather ottomans for several years without this severity.
Considering their mission statement and what I paid for the product I was a bit dissapointed!

Broken down sofa at 8 months and no help from Clubfurniture

One person household no pets and the sofa has broken down in 8 months with gentle use. Awful.

I contacted customer service, which was about as helpful as a glass hammer. The sofa is pilling horribly - their answer was to go out and buy a fabric depiller. Seriously. The cushions need to be reshaped daily. Their reply was that is consistent with down pillows and I need to just reshape them. The fabric is so rough, I am now looking at buying a slipcover for an 8 month old 3K dollar sofa, and both customer service and the manufacturer just couldn't be bothered. The manufacturer says they will send new cushion inserts. Likely the issue will be the same. I am beyond frustrated and am so sorry I bought this sofa. I would welcome a trade out or SOMETHING. Just horrible.
