Club Villamar Reviews 

The house was very good except that it lacked air conditioning. Apart from that we have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and they do not answer our calls or emails and after paying €1000 deposit they still have not returned them to us

Lovely Villa, keep all blinds etc closed during the day as the sun is shining all day. It gets hot as there's no AC. Pool is lovely and clean and regularly attended by the pool man. Views are amazing. It is set on a steep hill to walk up, we walked down into the town but we got a taxi back 8 euros approx, there is a bus but never figured that service out. Lots of places to eat and have a drink after until late. Only 15 min walk for Botanic Gardens and Castle. Very clean and we had a lovely holiday.

Simple straight forward dealings and arrangements with all aspects of our holiday. However, had no issues to deal with at any stage.

Very well located, close to "camí de ronda", the beach and the town center. The garden and the swimming pool are very nice and pleasant.

The place was amazing. Location was perfect in many senses: clean, with space for 2 cars in the garage, access to the private swimming pool. There's a beach 5 minutes away from the house walking.

We use to book a Villa at La Costa Brava every year to celebrate together the St. John's night and we always do it on Club Villamar. Fast, good service and a great catalogue of Villa's.

Straight-forward booking and helpful communication along the way. Email were answered swiftly. The villa was in good condition and matched the expectations. The local representative was helpful and attentive.

We did have one issue. Club Villamar changed bank account after they sent an payment reminder e-mail but before I transferred the money, so there was emails back and forth to track down the payment. This made me question the authencity, but eventually the money was received, and everything was back on track. I wish the payment could have been made with a credit card instead of bank transfer to avoid the hassle and the cost of international money transfer.

I will definitely be booking through Club Villamar again. They were so helpful and responded really quickly to any queries we had. The booking and payment process was really easy.

I cannot recommend this villa enough! We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids including 2 small babies. They were able to provide multiple cots and a highchair. The pool was beautiful and perfect for the children (although it is deep) as it’s just off the kitchen so we could keep an eye on them at all times. The living space a huge and perfect for evenings. Lots of on street parking (we had 2 cars).

The only suggestion I have is that it would have been helpful to know the rubbish collection days as by the end of the week we had quite a lot of rubbish/recycling built up

Other than that it was perfect!

Our holiday in villa Frisina was amazing, we would love to go back anytime. Villa Frisina welcomes children and pets, which was important for us as we were travelling with our family. There is a huge garden covered with beautiful flowers, fruit and palm trees, barbecue facilities and a private pool for holidaymakers, which completes the cloudless relaxation. The house was spacious and clean, also had 2 showers. Two minutes walk from us was a Spar where we could go shopping. By car we could reach the centre of Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar in a few minutes. We could enjoy the sun on beautiful beaches nearby. I would gladly recommend Villa Frisina to anyone who wants a beautiful and relaxing holiday.

Price-quality ratio 0! Unpleasant smell, black! Ants, blockage, rodents in the house. Do not recommend!

Have used ClubVillamar for many years. Have always been happy with the Villas we have booked. Whether we have booked for 2, 4 or 7 of us the Villas have always felt spacious.
Would not book with anyone else as they do aim to keep their clientele happy.

Reguarding our stay we have a few issues needed addressing as we didnt think it was up to the standard for the price your charging and had people injured and we got a ignorant rude response- being accused of breaking things including the kettle.

Our umbrella broke and wasn't replaced meaning 6 kids had to use one umbrella as shade. The broken one fell onto one of our children injuring them. ( you had nothing to say about the injury)

The pool was full of bits. ( no pool maintenance as promised)

The floor was dirty and we had to clean it before my 1 year old could crawl round I have photos.

Kettle was broken tripping our electic leaving us without electric, meaning my daughter couldn't have a bottle of milk ( this was sorted quickly )

A door was broken again injuring my son.

We were charged extra for air con at nearly 15 euros a day. We said we just wouldn't use it and was told we had to. We couldn't figure out how to use it either as was no instructions so only used it 2 days.

Our shower leaked upstairs meaning my mother in law fell on the floor injuring herself . ( again you haven't addressed this)

Our bathroom downstairs was also slippery and made a loud sound when used which you could hear throughout the villa.

Weeds all round the garden in the flower bed.
Also requested after being charged 160 euros for cleaning of the property that we clean the bbq and also take all rubbish to the bins which are no where near the villa and up a steep hill. Online it's says cleaning included? Also demanded cash not card so we had to go and get some.

Also was bitten by bed bugs all the time. They were NOT  mosquito bites and felt crawling and itching every night. I know the difference as I have traveled alot!!

This quiet chalet was perfectly located with amazing terrace views, as well as access, to the coves below. Also, Tossa de Mar was a short 10-minute cab, so we were able to enjoy lunch and dinner in this quaint town. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Ve have travleled with Club Villamar and everything as so perfect.

Nice villa in a good location. Better than on a pictures . During our stay we had some issues , but customer service immediately responded and on the next day local agent resolved our query . Definitely will recommend this company and will use its services again in the future

Amazing villa, exceptional views of the coast. Immaculately clean and very friendly customer service from Club Villamar staff upon arrival.

We will come back! Amazing house, no more to say!

Stayed at Villa Blossom Lloret de Mar. Place was tired and needed renovation. Both showers leaked and flooded floor and the actual shower base was sticky and slippy, broken glass by pool which daughter in law cut her foot, dropped cloth behind washing machine and found a used condom on the floor, Wi-Fi was next to useless, mugs with cracks, wall socket coming off the wall because dish washer door hit it every time you open it, previous occupants toy soldier under bed covered in dust which had obviously not been cleaned, no oven glove and lack of kitchen utensils, pillows like rocks, main toilet paper holder hanging of the wall, there are many trip hazards on the garden steps - not suitable for young and old. Contacted club Villamar reference above and told to contact caretaker. I pointed out that my contract was with them and having paid around 4 thousand euros for the villa this reply was not acceptable. They obviously care more about the profit they make and not their reputation and obviously do not check the standard of villas prior to promoting them on their web site.
Because of the response that I received I will not be using Club Villamar again.
