I’ve done several of the CluedUpp games and have always had a great time! They are so cleverly created and a ton of fun. I can’t wait to do more :)
Also customer service has been super helpful in answering all my questions and responds so fast!

Fun and engaging way to get outside and learn your city, or a city you're visiting.

My group had a great time playing the Witchcraft and Wizardry game in Washington, DC! The puzzles were fun, and the game was laid out nicely over a few city blocks. The app was easy to navigate, and it was a fun and unique way to get outside with friends, do a little cosplay, and have a memorable adventure together :-) Thanks CluedUpp games!

Sent email through to customer support and had a response within 24 hrs, have a voucher to use down the track when we are ready again

Absolute waste of money and so silly that only the good reviews are shown on the website but you click the link and see the ugly truth. I only thought to read reviews a few days before. Was excited for months but then read them. So my expectations were set more realistically. So disappointed. Honestly if it was like pokemon go and the app was free and groups could join whenever, they would probably make more money off ads. Scam scam scam

The witchcraft and wizardry one was awful. What a waste of money. This was our 4th event and the rest have been fun, but this one was way too spread out. Too much walking. Not nearly enough puzzles. The puzzles there were were way too easy. There should have been a warning that it was for little kids. We didn’t even bother to finish because no one was having fun.

The games are fun and their customers service is top notch

I had received the wrong map for my adventure and upon contacting CluedUpp Games Customer Service, I received a response almost immediately with a new map. Their Customer Service personnel are anxious to help solve any issue you may have.
I am looking forward to the next quest with anticipation.
This will be the second time that I participate in CluedUpp Games. Oh, what fun!

We booked the Murder Mystery in Baton Rouge and had a blast. We dressed the part and had so much fun with the costumes. The clues took a lot of thinking and sorting out in the story. But we finished in good time. We missed the No#1 spot by a minute!!!! Out of 19 teams , we did excellent! But thank you for checking us out ! Planning on participating in another game!

Quick and friendly support always very helpful

Poor planning! The first game we tried to join they booked during the busiest parade in Tampa and it would have been very difficult to get around as streets are blocked off. We bought the flex pass and rescheduled for one of the do it at any time games. The place they ended the game in is the busiest park in the city which has festivals and was closed off. We didn't get to do the last challenges because of this. They need to plan the areas better.

We had a fabulous time playing the game. The time went past so quickly and it was such fun. Next time we’ll bring an extra charger for our phones to give them a boost!

I have always loved detective games and being outdoors. The CluesUpp give me both experience.

We did the Wizards and Witches we have done several different games but this particular one was not fun like Alice in Wonderland or Smurfs or even Detectives.We have always finished and today we tried to play for 2 hours and we were unsuccessful. We will probably try again but will stick to ones with a familiar theme . We won’t do Crime scene but might try Beauty and the Beast when it comes back . Usually fun just not this one!

The entire thing could be run on a step counter to unlock paragraphs of text and mini games after XX number of steps. There is no connection to the local environment. No effort to tie in features on the park for example.

At least Pokemon tries to make me think there is a creature nearby.

I will not make this mistake again. There is nothing immersive about this experience at all. And the web site makes it very hard to find out just how devoid of content and depth the so called experience is.

I cannot imagine what incentive induced people to claim there is anything to this "immersive" event. It is neither.

Honestly, what a waste of money. You spend time in a social group socially isolated glued to an app that disconnected every 3 minutes. The group had to split up due to the connection issues. Why host in an area with no 4G signal?

I'm in south Africa and booked one of the events. We unexpectedly woke up sick and Colin helped us get a voucher code valid for 12 months. He was super quick in replying and so nice! Amazing customer service, looking forward to attending the events

Terrible experience we purchased the Sevenoaks event it said sold out not at all sold out no one else participating in this do not purchase reviews are fake and bottled do not trust the reviews for this scam.

My family and I participated in the Beauty & the Beast game last September (2023) which I bought for my birthday celebration. The game itself was fun...there were a few kinks and it did have us driving all over the place, but we did have fun nonetheless. As a prize, we won a voucher for a future game. We were very excited to try the Crime Scene Investigation. They only offered one date for our city and I booked it. However, after booking it I had to change dates because the date wasn't suitable for my entire group. They wanted to charge to change the date (well in advance) and I think that's absurd. How can you charge a fee just for an exchange? I would have rated them 5 stars if they didn't charge us the fee.
