My son rented a property from Clyde properties, Hamilton. Over the last 5 months he's had constant issues with the flat, Clyde has been appalling. Slow to get things fixed, not caring about his living conditions and refusing to answer his queries. Appalling company.

Having used Rachel's services in the past Clyde property was the obvious choise for the sale, the communication during the whole process was spot-on and the customer portal is fantastic to keep you well informed of viewings and feedback

Clyde also created a great video and pictures which showed off my flat really well. This led to lots of viewings and a quick sale. I found the online portal extremely helpful as well. I would happily use Clyde Property again and would recommend to others.

Very pleasant staff and smooth purchase. Only reason its not 5 stars is that communication between members of staff wasn't perfect, i had to repeat myself several times and pass on messages to staff who then didn't relay any thing to other members.

Clyde created a superb video and pictures. There was a large turnover of viewers and my property sold within 10 days. Obviously a lot of people look at their site! The portal is extremely useful and the staff are knowledgeable and supportive.

We could not recommend Clyde Property enough for buying and selling homes. We bought our new home from Clyde Property Stirling and dealt with Julie - throughout the whole process she was absolutely brilliant. She made it all so easy for us by keeping us informed and talking us through the process to ensure we had all the correct details. Friendly, efficient and helpful, Clyde Property kept me informed and supported throughout the process of finding a rental property that was right for me. My experience of buying a property through the Helensburgh branch of Clyde Property within the last few months has been nothing but positive. I was always kept in the loop and trusted things were progressing as they should. Firstly, Clyde achieved a very strong sale price for my flat, above my expectations. Seven viewings and four offers in ten days, partly perhaps because of the very professional online presentation of the property. The Matterport 3D file captures the interior literally in the best possible light. The negotiator in the Helensburgh office, Seona quickly rescued the sale when the first chain collapsed and found a new buyer coming in with a similar offer. Clyde Helensburgh constantly updated me on the progress, were always prompt and shrewd with advice. I always felt they acted to protect my interest - they were professional, well organised and reassuring.

After finally breaking free from the clutches of the private letting world, it's time to spill the beans on Clyde Property. If you're weighing your options between Clyde and, well, anyone else, let me save you the trouble: consider exploring those other options. My main issue? The flat inspections, oh the wonderful flat inspections. It was like clockwork every 8 weeks, as Clyde's inspection staff would descend upon our humble abode. They probed deeper than an archaeologist on a mission to find ancient relics, inspecting everything from the inside of our oven to the space behind the radiators. They even took pictures of the seats we sat on—I'm still scratching my head over what they expected to discover there.

Despite the fact Clyde properties are well maintained (I have to give them that), earning them a modest "more than one"-star rating from yours truly, the constant scrutiny turned our home into a real-life episode of 'CSI: Clyde Property'. You'd think after a decade of loyal tenancy, they'd trust us not to turn the fridge into a science experiment. Alas, no such luck.

So, if you value your privacy and don't fancy living in a real-life version of 'The Truman Show', I'd steer clear of Clyde. There are definitely better letting agents out there who won't treat your sofa like a potential crime scene.

We are very new to using Clyde Property, but so far everything has been great. The property managers are very responsive, helpful and accommodating and we've had no issues at all.

Being first time buyers the whole process is very new to us, Andrew Walker put us at total ease during our viewings and if it weren't for his knowledge, strong relationship with the seller and his other colleagues we wouldn't have just purchased out first family home.
