The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The customer support is non existent and they have a very serious problem with their payment system. I wasted many hours trying to order parts for several days. All to no avail. The company did nothing to help me. Sadly these dreadful online systems are a disaster once there is a problem. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I paid for an order on 12/01/2025 and never received it and now I was told I have to wait for the items to return to them for a refund.
It has now been 70 days that you have had my payment and still no parts and no resolution. You can track the shipment that is being returned to you, meaning you know it is on the way but what if it is never returned to you, does this mean I will never receive a refund? Or will I have to continue waiting for you to get your reimbursement from FedEx? This is now beyond ridiculous and once again, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Give me my money back, you THIEVES!

I have a Yam GTS1000 so body parts hard to find, CMSNL had the final part I needed for the restoration. A front swing arm pivot cover, have spent the last 2 years looking for one.

I am restoring a 1974 Honda CR125M and have purchased quite a few hard to find OEM items over the past year from CMSNL, and have always been pleased with parts availability and quality. Even though I live in the U.S. every order I have placed arrives in a timely manner (probably because they go the extra mile and use Fedex - bravo CMNSL!!) and well packaged. This is a great company to do business with!!

Have been looking for a new seat cover for my 97 Yamaha VMAX XTC for a long time even though they've been discontinued for years but theses guys actually had one available!! Shipping was a little over a week to get to the states. Highly recommended for hard to find parts. I’m using these guys from now on. Oh and you get a neat little aviator keychain guy.

My first order was footpeg rubbers and a hard to find fender trim part for a 1965 Yamaha YG1K. CMSNL not only had the parts, but the prices were great and shipping was super fast with constant updates. I will shop with them again and enthusiastically recommend them!

I have purchased parts from CSMNL for years spending £000’s on parts that are very expensive but which I know I have no option but to purchase. The P&P is frankly extortionate as well.
On this occasion I ordered a part and was advised it would take five days to process the order prior to shipping. They would send the part via FedEx, oh dear, I knew what was going to happen.
I was advised the delivery day would be when I wouldn't be home. I tried to redirect the delivery via the FedEx site but of course the FedEx page 'isnt available at this time, try again later'. And this was how it remained for days, the page wasn't available. I contacted CSMNL to advise them of the problem. They responded saying they had postponed the delivery with FedEx and would rearrange it and also stated 'They will resend the parcel on 10th November'. It is now 17th and no sign of the part, the FedEx site still states 'the page isn't available at this time', that's nearly three weeks the parcel redirect page has been down, do FedEx actually try and fix their lousy website?
I have had to raise five separate support tickets with CSMNL because when they respond they close the ticket even if they haven't resolved the issue!
CSMNL now tell me if I want the part I need to travel to the FedEx depot that is 35 miles from my home. I'd have to use public transport to get there, according to Google that's a 1hr 38min journey each way plus the costs of the tickets. I paid an extortionate delivery charge for delivery to my home, not to a parcel depot 35 miles away!
I have now raised a dispute with PayPal to try and get a refund.
Question is why do CMSNL continue to use useless courier companies such as FedEx and DHL who couldn't care less, are impossible to contact and who's useless websites are always down?
CSMNL seem to think once they have shipped an order it is down to the customer to sort out their delivery problems for them.
I've learnt a lesson from this, eBay is a better option for parts, CSMNL have become greedy and are killing the goose that lays their golden eggs, the restorers of these bikes.

Mostly I’ve received delivery to the states within a week unless the item was special order. I highly recommend!!! Also any questions I’ve placed with support tickets are answered in less than 24 hours.

Really poor customer support and misleading listings for parts. Show parts listed in images that are not consistent with the physical product. You need to double check with support that you are getting what you see. I did this and found that I would have to buy other parts separately even though they are shown included in the listing. Very misleading and NOS parts are overpriced. Unfortunately, it is the only seller in Europe that sells old bike parts so you are limited in choice. Disappointed and not recommended. The two responses I got to my queries were short and blunt and didn't like me pushing for a proper response, cms can check this if they want to but I know parts and how to repair bikes but they don't like you asking questions before placing a very expensive order. Going to buy from Suzuki directly in Ireland instead. Mirella has no idea how to talk to people and just shuts you down.

Poor communication. I’ve dealt with this company for a long time but in recent years it’s not being very good. The communication is poor and when a problem occurs the staff seem disinterested in resolving problems or find it hard to understand a basic error. The last member of staff I dealt with was at best poor at their job and maybe shouldn’t be in a job dealing with the public.

I placed 3 orders with them for a total of over €1,500. In one case, I requested a return for a €178 product, but they never told me how much I would be refunded. In another case, they sent me the wrong product (€400), and after I asked for clarification, they simply disappeared. It’s now been 11 days and I’ve opened 3 support tickets, but I haven’t received any response.

If zero stars was an option my rating for this company would be a ZERO. This is bar none and without a doubt the worst motorcycle parts supplier I have ever tried to do business with. Is this even a company or is it just a fraud website? Problems started from the beginning when I was trying to order their website glitched and I double ordered the same parts by accident. I picked a fine time to do that with a rip off company that not only doesn't send the parts you TRY to order but they would not refund me for the mistaken order either. I had to file dispute claims to try to claw my hard-earned money back. Beware of this business if it even is a business. I wouldn't know - I never received any parts (or refunds) from them and will avoid them like the plague from now on. Very frustrating experience and disappointed also that I didn't receive the parts I was hoping for my Vintage Honda CB400F.
