The Co-operative Legal Services team (mainly Carla Jerram) has been excellent. They have promptly answered emails. When there have been delays – such as getting grant of probate – they have explained why the delay is occurring. The fee (compared with other legal expenses from other organisations) has been excellent value.

This is an excellent service. We spoke at length with Sarah Gray, an estate planning consultant about all aspects of our wills and power of attorney. Sarah was very informed and personable, and at no point did we feel rushed, and there was no hint of hard sell about the interview. It was nice to do it on Zoom, we didn't even have to leave the house! We now feel quite relieved that we've sorted everything out to our satisfaction.

Finally made our Wills and the experience was much less stressful than first expected. Graham guided us through the process and explained everything as we went along. The whole thing was easier, simpler and much quicker than we had first thought, and this was due to Grahams assistance and guidance.

We had a video call with Janet Johnston from Estate Planning to discuss and take advice on wills and LPA's.
Janet was very helpful professional and knowledgeable.
She explained everything plainly and clearly with no pressure applied to us.
Fees were clearly explained during the conversation and we made the decision to go forward.
We are to be allocated a case manager from the legal team who will carry out our wishes.
