We have done many activities with this organization. Children's events, tasting events at Chelsea and at home as well as attending their festivals with craft chocolate makers.
Well run, very reputable in the chocolate world and the top importer of craft chocolate in the UK I believe. We have learned a lot from Cocoa Runners and discovered products we like and some we do not in their tastings and subscription boxes.

The tasting evening was so brilliant, professional and educational. I learnt so much about chocolate and the different processes in how to make it.
Our facilitator was knowledgeable and easy going and answered all our questions so thoroughly.
I would highly recommend this to anyone. The pack of chocolate was impressively prepared.

Tasting a wide range of different and interesting chocolates, understanding the different flavours and why some want to make you eat more and more, and some you want to savour. On top of that, a history of chocolate, and how to buy better for your pleasure, health, protecting farmers and the planet. Highly recommended

Thoroughly enjoyable hour and a half listening and participating in the chocolate tasting. Learned about the history of chocolate, how it is now made and what to look for in properly made chocolate. Having mass produced chocolate described as being akin to chicken nuggets was enlightening. Also appalled at how little some producers pay the farmers. Would recommend.

I ordered some chocolate bars from this company two weeks ago. Heard nothing for a week, so contacted them. They promised my order was "going through the system" and would arrive the next day. Still nothing. I have written twice more and not heard back. Were it not for the reviews here I would think the company a scam, but it seems that some people do get what they paid for. Whereas I have paid and got nothing at all!

Fantastic experience. The chocolate was so varied and it was great to learn and walk and eat through the different varieties.

Would recommend for virtual work events to bring you team some happiness as well as families or individuals.

Great people, awesome organic&fairtrade chocolates! They are very quick on responds, chocolates were packed very nicely for shipping. We had a tasting session with Spencer, very knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful to find your way in the world of cocoa.
Delicious bars, the quality we have dreamed of.

We loved our chocolate tasting experience with Spencer from Cocoa Runners. There was plenty of interesting information and delicious chocolate, a friendly atmosphere and great wines to wash it down. It was a fun thing to do for Valentines, appropriate without being smaltzy.

I did a wine and chocolate tasting event with some friends and it was a lovely experience. Everyone at cocoa runners was so friendly and knowledgeable about what we were trying and of course the chocolate was delicious.

Excellent chocolate tasting. Learned a lot about chocolate: flavours, textures, responsible makers of good quality & sustainability.
Slight drawback that occasionally the presenter was on a small screen & it was tricky to identify the correct bar under discussion.
I can now distinguish between expensive chocolates & good quality chocolate. Brilliant
