Order since 10/04/2026 till now not delivered, status shipped. Delivery company said they didnt receive it till now. I used the cocooncenter "contact us form" twice there is No answer at all which shows the respect they have for their customers. Product cost 63.28$ + Shipping 18. 07$+ Insurance 1.13$, total lost. Try to use your money wisley.

Item missing from delivery and no customer support afterwards to rectify it
I’m really disappointed with my experience with Cocooncenter UK.
One item was missing from my order, which can happen. The real issue is that there is effectively no customer service. Their phone line is “temporarily unavailable due to high call volumes,” and emails sent through their contact form go completely unanswered and unacknowledged.
This leaves customers with no way to resolve issues, request an investigation, or obtain a refund.
Until they fix their customer support, I would strongly advise caution when ordering.

Moldy Damaged Products&No Customer service support

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of Cocooncenter. I received my order on 14th March 2026,and found many of glass ampoules were shattered.Due to the leak,the white mold began growing both on the packaging ang inside the sealed glass vials.
I took photoes and reported my damaged order by email to customer service with clear photos of the damage product and mold inside the glasses on 15th March,and the customer service replied this on 19th March 2026 ,asking for more detailed photos.As request,I sent comprehensive photos immediately on the same day,showing a serious health hazard:white mold growing inside the sealed glass vials.I also confirmed that I would accept a refund or a replacement.
Since 19th March,I have not received a single email response since that day,I called them one time to check the status,they told me it was "under investigation" and to wait.
In 27th March, I have not idea,just can call them again.The customer service claimed they had already emailed me with a refund option and let me check my email.However,I checked my inbox and spam multiple times,but didn't see any email from them.So I send another email the same day confirming I accept the refund,but never received no reply.
In 10th April, still not any update,so I had to call AGAIN,I explained the suitations and the customer service promised it was "urgent"and someone will call me or email me back in 24 HOURS.But again,no one called and No one emailed.
In 20th April,I sent a formal letter of complaint,hoping for any response from them,Total silence again.
Despite multiple phone calls and email,Cocooncenter has failed to provide a single written update or process.I felt completely helpless.
AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!
