The damaged glass was repaired perfectly. All I had to do was make an appointment. The insurance company took care of the rest.

Ventetid urimelig lang og inden da skal man flere min. hvor man skulle taste gennem adskillige lag af valgmuligheder for at komme til privat husforsikring.
Sikkert nemt for Codan, men processen er alt alt for lang for kunden. Simpelt hen irriterende.

Først vil jeg sige det er det bedste job i verden. Google street view.
Når det er sagt så ser man hvor stor de er
Jeg har en arbejdeskad kørende hos codan. Og de anmelder den første 2 år efter det er sket.
Jeg få medhold i arbejdsskadestyrelsens.
Men fordi det er en sag mod Google.
Så gør de alt for ikke at betale.
Men sagen er fra den 15 april 2019.
Det er dybt kritisabelt.
At fordi du er stor kan du gøre som du vel.
First I want to say it is the best job in the world. Google street view.
Having said that, you can see how big they are
I have a work-related injury while driving at codan. And they report the first 2 years after it happened.
I am successful in the Danish Workers' Compensation Board.
But because it's a case against Google.
Then they do everything to avoid paying.
But the case is from 15 April 2019.
It is deeply reprehensible.
That because you are big you can do as you please.

Absolutely no.
It is dissapointing that such a big company not only will do the insurances by the phone *not in person* but also they are not mentioning that when you are moving to another insurance company they will charge money *the whole amount for the insurance that you had*. How they can talk about the insurance on the phone, they could also mention that before a year they will charge you money. I have been a customer for 2 and a half/ almost 3 years and I find it really disrespectful.
Det er skuffende, at et så stort selskab ikke kun vil tegne forsikringerne ved telefonen *ikke personligt*, men også nævner de ikke, at når du flytter til et andet forsikringsselskab, vil de opkræve penge *hele beløbet for forsikringen, som du havde*. Hvordan de kan tale om forsikringen i telefonen, de kunne også nævne, at de inden et år vil opkræve dig penge. Jeg har været kunde i 2 et halvt/ næsten 3 år, og jeg synes, det er virkelig respektløst.

I have both my house and my dog insured…
I have both my house and my dog insured by Codan, and there has been multiple occasions where I have had to use the insurance. In all these cases I have found Codan to handle it in a professional way that has strengthened rather than weakened my relation with them.

Codan share wrong info to intrum
Codan share wrong info to intrum. And nobody help me to resolve the issue. Till date have ongoing issue with intrum. Some time i think to go to court for resolution. Not sure how to forward in this new country. If somebody is reading it ask your team to help me.

This is a very racist company
This is a very racist company. My husband have been treated extremely badly by them. I've also friends that were treated badly beacsue not danish. Karma is a b**** and I they'll eventually get what they deserve. If you're not danish do not engage with this company. They are purely racist and filled of hate.
