Good shop, two parts of the order arrived quickly, the others took a little longer, but that's okay with me. I tested everything; the dryer, the USB soldering iron, and the TPE adhesive all work well!

I've shopped with Coeros three times now. I like that they have useful products at a variety of price points and pretty good explanations that help with selections. But what sets them apart from competitors for me is their responsiveness and customer service. Every time I've had a question about a product, they've responded quickly, with a direct answer (as opposed to those generic responses other vendors often provide). All in all, the customer service and product selection will keep me coming back.

Coeros had the products I needed to store and care for my doll. Products well organized with detailed descriptions where necessary. If you have questions they actually respond! …and in a timely manner. There was a delay in part of my order and these people bent over backwards to accommodate me and make it right as fast as possible with good communication and an apologetic attitude.
Everything shipped extremely well packed and I received tracking as soon as the packages were ready for the carrier.

Having had the pleasure of dealing with Coeros once before in the past I had the pleasure to once more do business with them again.

I was looking for some solutions for cleaning, maintenance and storing.
Namely a Storage couch, drying/heating rods and in the process I also bought a separate head from them at a very reasonable price.

I reached out to them privately and they were able to get set me up and were swift with getting the ball in motion.

Produce arrived quickly within a day or two.
We had some emails back and forth, working out some details for the custom head and they were able to meet and fulfill requests even after I had submitted the final details and then some days after made some minor adjustments that I originally had meant to add but forgot to mention the first time around.

They were able to help me and get everything sorted so to that I say kudos, great service.
And it helps that the merchandise/trades they offer are of high quality.

I was able to buy a head from 6ye brand at a very reasonable price. The Coeros team then made sure to pass on all my instructions regarding the makeup I wanted.
The factory photos shared by Coeros allowed me to further refine the makeup. Here again, Coeros handled everything for me.
In the end, I received my head and it's gorgeous!

I ordered my products and a confirmation email was sent confirming my order, with separate and easy to use links that directed me to the online tracking for my packages. The packages are discrete and packed well. Everything was received in a timely manner, and undamaged.
