Great coffee and ecommerce service, beyond that also a great mission with the projects that they support. Highly recommend their coffees and in Berlin they run very nice cafés too.

Never leave a review
Never leave a review, but felt I had to after my disappointing experience ordering an expensive coffee grinder from coffeecircle.com
After a month of never having received even a tracking number their only response was that they would prioritize my order and offered a 10 $ voucher if I decided to spend at least 30 $ more. I will not order anything from this store ever again and their peace offering was a slap in the face.

I regret that this time it was so unfortunate; this was by no means our intention - we also find it better when our customers are satisfied. Unfortunately, there must have been a software problem here - which of course should not happen, but unfortunately can still happen, otherwise the mill would have reached you earlier. We wanted to compensate you by sending you the voucher, but it's a pity that we've hit you over the head with this. We have constantly improved our processes in recent months and hope that we can convince you of our service again in the future.
