Realy good product

Poor having to call and cancel a subscription, feels like its purely designed to keep people hooked. No need with the website they have, the cancel option could easily be on there

I am disappointed with my experience.

I bought a coffee machine which looked good, but in everyday use it turned out to be very messy and impractical. After brewing, the coffee grounds remain extremely wet and there is water left in the chamber/filter area. When removing or opening the coffee part, liquid and wet grounds can spill, so the machine needs a lot of cleaning after each use.

I followed the instructions and the advice given, including using the recommended coffee, the finest grind setting, firm tamping, and waiting before removing the coffee part, but the result was still the same.

The machine also came with a large European plug and a UK adapter, which is bulky and sticks out from the socket. As I bought from a UK website, I expected a more suitable plug arrangement.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that the wet grounds/water left in the chamber are typical characteristics of this machine. In my opinion, this makes the product impractical for normal daily use.

Overall, I am not happy with the product or the response I received. Based on my experience, I would recommend buying from a retailer where returns are simple and straightforward if the product does not meet expectations.

What can I say about this product WOW! Iv been looking everywhere for a coffee machine and they are very expensive here in the uk and even though it cost me a pretty penny it’s well worth it. It arrived way before scheduled which was amazing the help we got from customer support was fantastic.
Even though it came from the EU it came with a uk plug adapter. I’m really happy with it so far and would highly recommend it if your looking for a good deal many thanks again.
