As always the coffee gets delivered in good time and I carry on using our favourite coffee the Colombian Supremo which has an excellent taste.

Coffeelink supply lovely coffee. I like the fact their coffee is produced and packaged in the UK. I order for personal use only so small quantity orders, but I feel my orders are handled with the same dedication and efficiency as they would be for big coffee houses. I will be ordering regularly.

I use a subscription to buy coffee. Delivery is always on time, and everything is packaged neatly. Excellent coffee, great taste, I've been using it for years.

I honestly can't understand where the positive ratings are coming from here. At best I have had one order of disappointing coffee and at worst, my most recent order was an undrinkable rip off.
I ordered 3 coffees with the lightest roast available in a larger quantity - this one turned up in a split bag with beans all over the box. I tried contacting them to see if they would send me a small bag as a replacement (because I didn't think the damage was intentional and waned to compromise) but, after asking for photo of the bag there was no further contact.
I tried to rescue the beans by immediately transferring to a sealed container but could barely make the coffee drinkable, no matter how it was brewed.
Next I opened the "Columbian Geisha" which could really be anything as it was burnt to a crisp.
I have one more to go but I'm really not looking forward to it.
On the surface these seem like a reasonably priced speciality roaster, but upon reflection, the coffee is actually overpriced - given the quality of the product.
I wouldn't order from this lot again and would advise giving them a wide birth. There are plenty other roasters out there with better coffee at similar price points.
My bean subscription arrives when it should, the price is good and the coffee is excellent and consistent. No shocks or horrors - just really nice coffee and no hassle.

Every order I have made has turned up quickly, and correct. All the coffees I've tried are wonderful. Although I have found some favourites. I will always be ordering my coffee from coffeelink. I usually order a reasonable amount to last a few months. Which works perfectly for me.

Super coffee. Lots to try. Favourite is Colombian Huila. Great price. Subscription makes things really easy.

Great value and super quick delivery. Ordered two cans of chocolate powder and they arrived nicely packed in a box. Very happy with the service and would order again.

Had brought from Coffeelink several times before and without issue (hence 3 stars not 1 or 2). This time around the coffee tasted so bad, I actually thought the milk had gone off. Several attempts later and I realised that the beans, once ground, smelled as well as tasted awful. It seems, unfortunately, that Coffeelink need to be informed within 48 hours that there is an issue (I'd brought 2 varieties and didn't try the second batch immediately) and then need the entire faulty bag returned - at my expense (why not just a sample?) Oh well, lesson learnt. Won't be using the company again.
Excellent service, highly recommend this seller swift dispatch, item as described, very happy, Great quality coffee Colombia Supremo Noble (Oro De Suarez) good value ,many thanks.
