I was very disappointed with the August…
I was very disappointed with the August 3025 beauty box. Firstly I had two of one of the products in the box and was missing one of the advertised products, repair hair mask.
Secondly, all the products were for fine, flat and thinning hair. My hair isn’t any of these, so the products in this box are of no use to me.
I realise that the products have to appeal to a wide range of concerns, so normall I would write this off as an unfortunate box this time but a couple of months ago the box edit was another hair edit but this was for very curly, dry or very course hair, again not suitable for my hair type so I ended up giving the whole box to my hairdresser to use on her clients. Another waste of money.
I have been a Cohorted member for at least 3.5 years, the value of the box each month has greatly reduced over this time and I’m seriously thinking of cancelling my membership. I estimate the value the August box to be approx £70, and that’s checking the prices against advertised prices on sites such as Look Fantastic .

I’d heard this company had a good…
I’d heard this company had a good reputation but unfortunately the customer service is pretty non existent. I have emailed 3 times. Twice over 1 issue with no replies and another recently to chase my delivery up and no reply with that one. I have been charged twice now for my beauty box subscription and not received my first box which I was supposed to receive at the beginning of August but still not arrived. Unfortunately I will be putting 2 chargebacks in with my bank because I am paying for something I am not receiving. I’m sorry this is not good news.

Really good value and an opportunity to try high end quality products at a fraction of the price! Every month is different with well put together products. My daughter and I always look forward to what my husband calls “The Msgic Box” to see what is inside!

Love my beauty box. Absolutely love adding in new things and the package comes beautifully presented. It's a gift to myself every month and let's me try new things and gift others I may not use. So I'm constantly able to give high quality gifts as well. Excellent.

My second order and as well presented and packaged as the first. Initially I ordered because the birthday recipient was a huge fan, after checking the delivery all I had to do was gift wrap it, to give it that personal touch. Everything was so straightforward, a huge blessing.

It's fine
The May box was Christoph Robin for curly hair...all of it. Polar opposite of my hair. I get that it cannot be tailored to your exact hair/skin type, but can we at least get a "All hair types" option. Also, June was all OFRA. The quality of the products are fine. The founder of OFRA is a MAGA supporter. I'll pass.

Allowing expired products to be sold by 3rd parties
I contacted Living Proof UK as I was having issues with a gift set I'd gotten for Christmas. Out of the set the conditioner and 5in1 from the PHD range wouldn't dispense even struggled after fully taking the lids off. Thinking it was a packaging fault I contacted the company provided pictures, videos and batch code numbers.
They emailed back to tell me the products were expired 4 months before purchase but as the gift was purchased from Cohorted they wouldn't take any responsibility. They cited T&Cs on their website about only offering refunds when purchased direct. How would they expect customers to know this? They will be aware that their products are in beauty boxes and now I wonder if thats why they are. It seems a total cop out to wash their hands of this issue
This brand exclusive box is still for sale on Cohorted website. So Living Proof know this will be damaging their brand reputation and I'd question if theres health risks to consumers who don't know the products are expired.
All in all a very bad company to deal with who clearly aren't concerned about potential health risks of expired cosmetics. Im going to report to Consumer Direct and highlight this on social media as £50 is a lot for a relative of mine to have spent for expired products!

Great gift
After much research I gifted my mum a short subscription to the cohorted beauty box a couple of years ago and she requested I do the same again this year. So far she has always been very happy with the contents of the box.

Amazing value and will never cancel my subscription
Amazing value, every box I received has been full of products I genuinely have wanted to try out and there’s never been a product I haven’t used.
My last box was worth over £400 and has completely changed my skincare routine and I swear I look 5 years younger. 🤭 I would recommend to anyone looking to try luxury brands at very small prices.

I’ve emailed about this now a 5 days ago and still no response from customer service. Evri said they delivered the box however not to my address. I have not received the box and nothing is being done which is super frustrating as I do like the subscription. Someone please assist
