Amazing customer service

The box is amazing, everything screams quality and luxury. But these 5 stars are for the customer service representatives who are always there. The last few months we had constant issues with their delivering partner who was simply not able to process a delivery for the Netherlands. These people from the customer service had patience with me and always been there with new informations, refunding when the delivery was not possible, attempted multiple times to redeliver, till in the end the decision was made to change the courier. Everything seems to be fine and hopefully we wont have these issues anymore with the new delivery partner, because I’m not ready to give up on this amazing box ☺️

Have some doubts...

Have some doubts...

Signed up, received my box, but not the sign on gifts.

Also have some questions about my subscription and sent a couple of emails. Have heard back nothing, not even a peep, or an automated reply that my email was received. It's been over a week.

So, questionable if my messages would ever be answered. Which does not help build trust in a brand. As if there were no team behind it just a warehouse.

It's unlikely I'll ever subscribe again. I'll just buy the boxes after for £10.00 more, still worth it and removes the risks with the subscription.

Thoughts over 3 years of subscription

I have been a Cohorted subscriber intermittently for about 3 years now. I think the value and care taken in the selection of products in the box has significantly decreased over the years and I find myself disappointed more often than not. It used to feel like a luxury experience and highly anticipated treat that made my month! With several FULL-Size Luxury products and a curation that felt intentional. Now the products are often sample size and there are usually FREE samples included as one of the items!!! The products seem like they have been randomly grabbed from the dregs of a skincare rejects-bin and it does not feel considered at all.
On the plus side, the customer service is very good and I am pleasantly surprised by perhaps every 5th box.

Best beauty box on the market

Without a doubt, this is an amazing beauty box. I have subscriptions with other companies and will be cancelling those. The product selection is fabulous with premium brands delivered. I’ve not experienced any issues with Cohorted and super pleased I discovered this beauty box. Already looking forward to receiving my April box.

Great service

What a lovely box! Felt like a really expensive treat to myself even though it wasn't that expensive. Customer services also responded very quickly to a query I had.

I had ordered from cohorted and…

I had ordered from cohorted and received my first box, I got money taken out of my account on the 1st or march for a second box, I haven’t received anything, no tracking number, no email to say it will be delivered, I have emailed Cohorted 3 times now and they have not responded to me in 2 weeks, I’m not very happy about this as I would expect a company to at least have contact especially since the money was taken from my account.
I also didn’t receive my free items when I used a promo code

Never received my box

Never received my box, or any boxes and charged for 2. Almost 80 pounds. Go elsewhere. Save your money.

Ordered box in early February. Sent them and email on the 13th of Feb chasing up as it had been a week and absolutely no reply. I have now been charged an additional 39.99 for I assume the march box. So 2 payments made and not one box delivered or email acknowledged. Absolute joke of a company. Save your money, go elsewhere. Email sent on the 18.29 on the 13th of Feb.

Regarding your order, our subscription service operates on a recurring basis, meaning a second charge would have been processed for the next month's box unless the subscription was canceled before the renewal date. However, we’d be happy to look into this further and resolve the issue for you.

Recieved my beauty box for January and it's the best one I've received. I love having a mix of macup and skincare products which is what we got in this month's edition. Well packaged and I'm excited to open it each month not knowing what's in there
