HELLO IS THIS A SCAM??? MY BROTHER REQUESTED A LARGE WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT FROM HIS COINBERRY TO TRANSFER TO HIS OTHER EXCHANGE AND ITS BEEN 4 days we get no response from them, has anyone received their money back yet??? Help me understand if this is legit or scam?

Have problem with my withdrawal of $550 Can since sept 2022 i consider it my lost
when they are short of $500 you could imagine what will happens to more asset

Trash absolutely have liquidity issues have held my mothers money for 3 weeks and keep saying she has to review the documents in her account they have been sent a dozen times and they keep just saying the same thing. Customer relationship is absolute trash stay away at all costs or you will lose your money with this crap company.

I etransfered $3000 to my Coinberry account back in October. It shows up when I login. I have emailed them to return the money to me and was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to process. I’m now at the 6 week time frame. Now my emails are not returned. Do not use this company, you will never see your money again.
It is a scam, plain and simple. Yes, the website is professional looking but don’t go there.

This company is a scam. It worked reliably for almost 2 years but now they've blocked my account and "customer service" has just been going in circles, very frustrating

Please do yourself a favor and don't ignore the 1 star comment. This company suck ! Getting your withdrawal is nearly impossible. They will block your transactions and ask your for personal information which are considered as a breach of privacy to only not bother replying to you anymore. It's very frustrating

I transferred funds from my bank to Coinberry where I purchased Bitcoin. I then transferred that Bitcoin to a third party. When I received the Bitcoin back from the third party and exchanged it for Canadian dollars Coinberry is not wanting to give me my money. They are using Fintrac to not give me my funds. Be aware everybody, if given the chance Coinberry will attempt to steal your money.

Withdrawing my money was quick and easy. i etransferred to myself 5000 from my account and it was sent in less than 15 minutes!

I would give this company zero star. They are not worthy of one star. I have given them everything their have ask for in order for my transaction to go through but still they took their time to respond to me and I would talk to several different agent to have my issue resolved. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I even lost money while they are trying to process my transaction which never took place. I would let all my family and friends know that this is one of the worst Canadian Crypto platform to use. Stay away if you don't want to loose any capital investment.

I deposited 55000CAD via wire to my Coinberry account, they received my funds conveniently from my Biggar bank but refused to add the money to my account. After three weeks I was told that my account will be restricted and that if I wanted the money back I would need to go to my bank to call the wire back-My bank kindly advised me that because Coinberry as a company accepted the funds, they would need to wire me the money back, which is the withdrawal method stipulated on their website.

Knowing that the bank would decline my request to call the wire back, Coinberry still sent me to the bank on a wild chase. I feel like I have been taken advantage of, I want Coinberry to refund me my money. THEY REFUSE TO DO SO, AND HAVE NO GROUNDS HOLDING IT EITHER, THIS IS FRAUDULENT, BY HOLDING MY MONEY, THEY ARE STEALING IT.

Too bad you don't have a NEGATIVE RATING. I have been "working with" someone to recover scammed funds in the crypto market and this was his "transfer company" that didn't charge fees but had "gas fees", they demanded all kinds of verifications, and claimed they made transfers to your bank account in minutes. Over two weeks later I still haven't gotten approval to transfer squat. They demanded that 10% of the money I was trying to recover be deposited to transfer my money to my bank. It has been over 2 weeks and nothing but reverification demands but no idea what they want.

STAY CLEAR OF THE SCAMMERS. They have taken everything I had left to move into a nursing home and now I can't move.

Easy to deposit, but very very difficult to withdraw crypto.

One day the fraud team decided to restrict my account, and I've been unable to withdraw my funds since.

My balance in there is in cryptocurrencies and have been fluctuating for over a month now with all the features (buying, selling, converting, deposit and withdraw) being disabled.

They asked me to send another selfie holding my ID and to confirm my new email address. Since this was completed I have heard nothing from them and I am still waiting to withdraw my cryptocurrencies. Meanwhile, I lost over $200 simply because I am unable to buy and sell by BTC and ETH in the account!

They also don't let you withdraw crypto to any wallet of your choice. They ask you to provide details of the wallet destination and even a photo of the wallet! They have a list of 6-7 questions and are being very nosy wanting to know where you send your funds and why.

It feels like they do anything in their power to keep your money in their system.

They will breach your privacy to a tipping off point and that's why we are here today.

There are far better exchanges than Coinberry.

Have been using Coinberry for the past few months and it has been reliable, easy to use and trustworthy. Security and verifications upon every sign in and transaction is excellent. Support staff promptly responds to all of my inquiries and have made my crypto experience less stressful knowing that I am supported by real people with close to real-time (within the same day) interactions via email. Thank you.

I am completely happy with my experience with coinberry. I got money within a 2 1/2 week period and was handled as well as anyone could have expected.

I've been waiting for 16 days now by coinberry.com, to get a crypto order proccessed, sent, and completed. Something that can be done in very short order, I'm guessing a couple hours, max, and in some cases a day, seems like it's never going to get done. Every step of the way, the emails, questions, and phone calls, unending and probing details they want answered, are quite frankly insulting.
If this is the future of digital currencies, then we are in trouble. Coinberry.com masquerading as a company is acting more like a criminal enterprise. I don't know if I will ever get my money out, sent, or transfered. Day 16, and counting. People, stay away from this company. I'm new to crypto, and I regret using coinberry. Crypto would have never been successful if companies operated like coinberry.com.

Wonderful platform to transact, was useful during my time in Canada. Only thing is they request for private information when trying to send cryptocurrency to your own personal wallet
