Terrible experience with coinberry. With holding withdrawal. Lost over 6k cad today waitin for responses from this poor customer service.

Took some time to verify my account after I made several deposits and withdrawals, but all smooth and a legitimate and fair company.

My friend has been using coinberry for 3 years now everything seems fine until September 1 he deposited $450 CAD and $60 CAD it was fast at depositing using e transfer but when he tried withdrawing his money in crypto(bitcoin) it says processing for over 4 days it is still processing coinberry is so frustrating and awful, as I’m talking to you now my friend haven’t got his withdrawal completed. Coinberry should do something about their crypto withdrawal . You guys takes peoples money and refuse them withdrawing so bad

Never use this company as a Crypto exchange. Recently I made a withdrawal and their Bot blocked sending it on to my friend. That was tied up for a couple of days and they send it back. I then sent the withdrawal to another crypto exchange Newton to my own wallet address. Coinberry blocked that one and at the time of writing this no money has appeared in my Newton wallet. Their excuse is that it is being reviewed by the financial department. I ask you the other crypto investor should it take over a week to get a withdrawal finished?? Do not use Coinberry.

Coinberry has taken my thousand dollars and have locked my account! Every new person I am talking to is asking more money. The first person (Raj Kapoor) had a family emergency and gone back to India) and never came back. Second person cannot be identified and disappeared. Third person (Henry Deguzman) had an accident and now fourth one (Daniel) is asking for more money. Neither I am getting reply of my emails nor calls. Even the last person I have spoken to clearly told me that not to call him back as it number wont work for call backs! Who should I contact??? Could someone call me back?

There's times I've waited 3 days for a bitcoin transaction to be complete. This never happens at other crypto exchanges. This site is awful!!!

This is a authentic company after having bad experiences with many I found Coinberry to be trustworthy and easy to deal with.

Withdrew some cash and sent it via etransfer to my bank account. Just waiting for it to arrive in my account.

I would give no stars! Coinberry will not let you withdraw your funds and they will keep tanking because of their incompetence! Im still waiting for my withdrawal and I have to spam them to get my transaction or it will be sent back into your coinberry account {From personal experiance}

Pretty good. E transfer option is good. I like the notifications I get along the way. Sometimes I have to log out and in a few times before i can use my funds and then same thing when I want to withdraw my crypto. Overall good experience.

I've found Coinberry to be very responsive to all my issues. Any problems I have encountered have been timing issues, delays in transferring eth, etc It was easy to set up my account.
