I've been happy with Coinberry up until now, but not anymore
I'm trying to withdraw some LTC but the status of my order is still 'processing' more than 48 hours after I've placed the order. They say they process orders in 15 minutes up to 24 hours. I'll wait one more day, then good bye Coinberry.
***Update: I just got the transfer shortly after this review went live. Hopefully it was just a blip. Coinberry, you can do better.

Despite Coinberry being very new
Despite Coinberry being very new, I can see it being one of the best exchanges in the country. I like the the fact that they offer a referral bonus when you introduce others to their network.

Not being able to withdraw my own keys…
Not being able to withdraw my own keys made me feel worse then the banking system. Will not recommend to anyone, there is better exchange in Canada who are cheaper and let you do whatever you want with your keys.

I trasferred ethereum from Binace on June 9th and haven't received it in my Coinberry yet. When I contacted customer service, they just give 7-10 days follow up time. Very disappointed!

I've had coinberry for a while now and it socks now
I've had coinberry for a while now. Here is my honest review the transaction fee is alittle high but its OK nothing serious however they offer a increased speed in processing when you do a bunch of kyc such as link bank account send ID all this other stuff. It's all b.s. ever single transaction I've had takes over 1 buissness day. It was supposed to be 15 min-4hours however it's not! I'm no5 making a huge transaction either. I've contacted support about this NUMEROUS times and they always tell me wait a day, wait a day wait a day but after waiting each time am extra day or so it changes the market value. Does coinberry offer anything for the delay NO all it does is tell me to send an email for waisting my time.
Before I would recommend this service but now it's a waste if time. I'd go somewhere else since the processing is so slow.
AND I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU ASK NE TO CONTACT SUPPORT I ALREADY HAVE TBEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 24-48 HRS I HAVE INSTANT ACCOUNT WITHDRAWAL BUT THAT APPARENTLY NEANS NOTHING

I have had no negative experiences using Coinberry thus far. Adding funds to my account through etransfer has been fast and worked every-time. I have not tried to transfer money out of Coinberry yet. I would like to see some more coins added in the near future though.

I've been trying to make a withdrawal since about the middle of May, without any luck
I've been trying to make a withdrawal since about the first of May, without any luck. The original problem was because I changed my email address - which was corrected around the middle of May. I've made 9 or 10 withdrawal attempts, had lots of emails to and from Coinberry, but never an email with my withdrawal funds attached. Very frustrating!!
